Hello, everyone. It's Alexandra. I hope you're having a great day. So today I want to share a little story with you. And the story starts off with this morning. This morning, I look at my calendar and I had committed to starting videos again March 28th. So Monday, March 28th, I'm going to start doing videos for. Right. And I had woken up this morning and had some nasal stuff going on, and, you know, was close to my period and just kind of feeling, mmm. And then I look in the mirror and I had this thing going on, and it's really. It's fantastic because I'm playing this game of no complaining, no criticizing, no gossiping, which is the complaint free world. Fantastic, fantastic thing of no complaining, criticizing, or gossiping for 21 days and so shifting your perspective so that you're actually focused on what you want to create and who you want to be rather than, you know, complaining about something. So it's been really fantastic because I'm shifting. Normally I would have looked in the mirror and been like, you know. But I moved to the state of gratitude, and I was thinking, I'm really grateful for my body to be doing what it's doing. And I'm grateful, just grateful for my life. And I'm just feeling into. There's more to life than my nasally stuff and this. That I'm not gonna be stopped by little things like that. It's just not who I am. It's not who I want to be. And that's not always the case. You know, there was many times that I used to not want to go to a party because I didn't feel like I was. I felt like I was fat or I had something on my face and I didn't want to meet somebody new. It was just. There's been a fair amount of missed opportunities because I was waiting to be perfect. I was waiting to have it all figured out before I went and did that or saw this person or whatever. So the idea is to stop waiting for things to happen, stop waiting to feel confident. Stop waiting to feel like you're at your ideal weight to actually express and create what you are here to create in the world. Yeah, we have. There's like this weird thing of waiting to be perfect, you know, for me, I was like, oh, I'll just do it later this week. I'll just do the videos later this week. But no, that's. That doesn't work. I said I was going to do it. I'm going to do it. And being in integrity is honoring Our commitments, honoring what we say we are going to do, honoring our values and what we feel is important, even if we don't feel like it. A lot of times, I don't feel like working out, but I am also committed to my health and to my vitality and committed to working out so that I do it. I show up, I do my workout. And the great thing about actually doing what we say we're going to do is we feel better. So we may start off, like, not feeling it, not wanting to do it, feeling like we're in a funk. But we said we were going to do it. If we have things like that, we need to step up, step into it, and get it done, because we will feel so much better when we do. So I know today, honoring my commitment, I'm gonna have a fantastic day. I just know that because I said was going to do it, I'm showing up. I'm rocking it. So just taking a look at your life and see where you're waiting for something or where you're missing an opportunity because you're waiting to be perfect or whatever a great story is. My first date with my now husband, I had a pimple right here, and I just felt insecure. And I was like, oh, my gosh, I don't want to go. Like, how embarrassing on a first date and all of this stuff. But think about what I would have potentially missed if I would have cancelled that date. Would we have scheduled another one? Maybe, but maybe not. Maybe the opportunity would have passed by. So I think just really, really honoring our resistance and not feeling like it, and then getting our booty up and doing it because we need it. I need to create. I need to give myself. I need to express myself. It's part of my dharma. It's part of my destiny. And it's also part of your destin. And when we are all really, really crushing it, owning it, not worried about all of our little things that trip us up, and really standing in our feminine power, we are rocking it, crushing it. And the world, the world needs it. I know I say it over and over, and it may sound cliche, but the world does need our light. It needs our energy. It needs our vitality. It needs our feminine goodness. So that is. That's the video for today. If you are waiting for something, go get it done. Do it. Crush it. Rock it. Be you. Honor your imperfections. Celebrate them. Be grateful. Let things go. And shine your gorgeous, delicious light in the world. So have a wonderful day and thanks for watching Machine.
