Hey, it's Alexandra J. Johnson, and it's Sunday, and I wanted to show you a little bit of our kitchen mojo. So we will start off with. Start off with the fridge. So we went to the market today and we have cucumbers. Because you do cucumber juice every single morning. Brian actually does the juicing mostly. Go, Brian. Go, Brian. Sprouted lentils, green and red lentils, broccoli, onion sprouts, buckwheat sprouts. We have pea sprouts and sunflower sprouts, fenugreek sprouts. Have our sprout. What do we do with the sprouts? Well, we eat them. We make them into an awesome salad, which. Oh, we have. Oh, thanks. Thanks for the tip. We have a salad here, prepainted salad. We chop it up and then have it in there. Just a little sneak peek. So that's what we do. And then we have some millet in here. Soaked, sprouted, and lightly cooked millet. So we have a whole bunch of that. We have zucchinis and squashes and cabbage and cauliflower, broccoli, kale. Two different kinds of kale. Yeah, dinosaur kale. And then red leaf kale, paper kale. I'm not quite sure what the name is. Then we have green onions, romaine, celery. That's kind of what we got going on there. Oh, look here. More cucumbers. These are amazing cucumbers. Look at this size. Jeez. Organic farm, farmers market. Whoa, whoa. We're going to keep it G rated. So this is our. We got some amazing basil. You could smell this. It is so good. Mmm. Take a whiff. Love it. And then mint, fresh mint, coconuts. Yeah, all sorts of yummy stuff. So that's our fridge. Olives. Yeah, olives. We have some algae for brain. Mojo. This is a little bit of dressing that I made. I'll show you the awesome recipe. Coconut aminos, my new favorite. It's kind of like soy sauce without soy. So that's it. And we have green beans, cute little green bags. You can get these on Amazon green bags. It makes them stay longer, fresher, which are nice. Avocados and lemons. Love garlic. Then we made some quinoa this morning. So here's sprouted quinoa, lightly cooked. So that's yummy. Goody. And what else? Oh, we have some ginger tea. Just cut up ginger, put it in the pan, cook it, boil it, and you have ginger tea. Is this one ginger? Yeah, ginger. And then we also do the same with the mint. The mint leaves that I had in the fridge, put it in a pan, boil it, and then you have delicious mint fresh tea. Mmm. So good. Super good for you. Just as far as liver and kidney detox. So really good. So that's it. That's our. Anything else that you want to share, babes? My lunch, Brian's yummy lunch. This is quinoa, avocado and dulse and a little bit garlic. Yummy. And that's it. So that's our wonderful, wonderful Sunday day. Hope you're having an awesome Sunday and we will see you soon.
