Throw Your Scale Out & Stop Weighing Yourself! :)

Alexandra J. Johnson argues you should stop weighing yourself and trust your body's signals instead. She redefines beauty beyond the number on a scale, making a case for body positivity and self-acceptance over constant measurement.
Hey, everyone, it is Alexandra J. Johnson. So today's little goddess goodie is simple and powerful, has the potential to change your life. So the idea is stop weighing yourself. Yes. I'm talking about the scale. Getting rid of your scale. I don't know where it became popular to step on a box and look at a number and then determine, allowing that to determine how we're going to feel about ourselves. So the idea, and I highly recommend that you implement it, is to get rid of your skin scale. Don't allow a number on a little box. Tell you what you are worth. It's huge. And then just going with how you actually feel in your body. You know, I know there have been times where I would feel like I was, you know, light and I was probably at my ideal weight and then I get on the scale and I gained a pound or something. So I don't know when the last time it was that I weighed myself. But there is something really, really freeing and empowering about never stepping on a scale and just going with what feels good in your body. Waking up and saying, how does my body feel today? You know, just going, just trusting your body wisdom and then not being concerned about the weight. And if you really, really trust your body and listen to the message is that it's communicating with you, you're gonna be at your ideal weight. That's just how it goes. Our bodies are always communicating to us and always letting us know what they need. And it's challenging to honor them when we're so concerned about a number. So that is it for today. Stop weighing yourself. Throw your scales out. Get rid of them. You are so much more than a number on a scale. And we need to redefine what beautiful is. And it is not a number. It is who you are. Your most authentic, radiantly awesome self. So let that shine and allow your body to communicate with you and go day to day with how your body feels rather than what you think you weigh. So just check in with your body, start a intimate relationship with your body and how you feel. So that's it. Have a fantastic day and let me know if you have any questions. And I would love to hear if you actually do get rid of your scale and how that feels for you and then just going with how your body feels. So any questions on that? Totally open and really excited about getting rid of scales and women honoring their natural and unique, unique beauty. So have a beautiful, beautiful day and I will see you soon.
