You know, one of the most common questions I get in my agency is, how do I find producers that write consistently over 100 items a month? It's simple. You've got to work. There's no secret sauce. There's no magic bullet. It's about grit. You have to have the ability to have grit, and that comes from coaching, role-playing, training, taking a step back and evaluating your performance. Do you think that Tom Brady would go out and play in an NFL football game on Sunday afternoon if they didn't watch tape the week before? Of course they wouldn't. You have to train. You have to role play. You have to practice. So the reason why our producers consistently produce 100 items or more is because they have the formula. They've got the know-how and they've got the leadership inside of our organization to win.
