This one is for a guy named James who asked me, what about your CRM? What about how do you set up your CRM? How do you manage that? And so there's a template that you use for all the businesses. And generally, you want to make sure that you have type, status, stage, type, what type of a contact is it in the database, you can have subtype if you want. Status is, you know, whether it's in queue, it's active, it's approved, whatever it is, and then subtype, which is the breakdown of that. That simple formula, if you use that when you go through and you're setting up all the different areas in your CRM, will help you build a CRM that is uniform. So when you go to pull your reports on sales, on service, on whatever it is, everybody's speaking the same language.
