Most people use AI like Google, asking it questions. The CRIT framework flips this: give AI context and a role, let it interview you, then assign the task. This approach surfaces what you actually need to think through, turning AI into a strategic partner instead of a search engine.

How are people using AI in a very primitive way and how can they get the most out of it? When I look at the market today, I still feel like people are using this majority one of two ways, which is like a really smart Google. They're asking it questions and getting answers, or they're using it like an assistant to help them write better emails. And the thing is, if that's you who's listening to this or watching this, you get double high fives from me because you're at least in the game. You've started to use it. I can give you a very subtle tweak that will take your results into a different stratosphere. Problem you are facing, any goal you want to achieve is an AI use case. So don't ask what's the right AI use case. Ask what's the problem I need to solve, the goal that I need to achieve. I have a very specific way that I talk to AI called CRIT. This is the whole backbone of the AI-driven leader. CRIT, it stands for context, role, interview, task. If you can start to communicate with AI following CRIT, you'll go to top 1% of people in the world using this for strategic thinking. I don't ask AI questions. I make AI ask me questions. I think this is why the AI-driven AI-Driven Leader has had the staying power that it's had is it's not about using AI as an assistant. It's using it to elevate how you think as a human. Because when you can do that, oh my gosh, the things you can start to achieve in both professional and personal sides of your life is truly extraordinary.
