Speaker (first-person testimonial) describes using Eight Sleep to track and improve sleep. They report recent sleep scores (100% three nights ago, 93% two nights ago, 91% last night), note deficiencies in REM sleep but sufficient deep sleep, and explain that analytics helped them adjust routines (sleep mask, room temperature) and develop better sleep hygiene leading to more consistent high scores.

I've really been focusing a lot on my sleep lately. The eight sleep has truly helped me improve my sleep scores. I can actually track my sleep scores. So three nights ago, I had 100%. Two nights ago, 93%. Last night I was at 91%. The data that I get from this is so helpful. I can see that I was a little deficient in REM sleep. I had plenty of deep sleep, which is where the brain detoxifies and eliminates waste and repairs and regenerates. Like the lymphatic system in the brain, called the glymphatic system, is active in deep sleep. Once when I get 100% sleep scores, I notice that it's when my quality and my routine are on point for me. I love these analytics because it allows me to really improve my quality of sleep. I see what happens when I don't wear a sleep mask or my room's not too cool. So now that I've actually got some data, I've adjusted the way that I go to bed, and I've developed a really good sleep hygiene routine. And the better I am, and the more consistent I am, the better my sleep scores. It's like waking up to a little reward every single day.
