Most of the people that are listening to this podcast would say, hey, rather than extend me another 10 miserable years, I'd rather slide into the grave. You know, like, Margarita in one hand, jukebox on my shoulder. You know, people.
Ask me, like, what kind of doctor are you? And I say, you know, I'm a longevity and health optimization doctor. But I want to redefine the term longevity. To me, longevity means adding healthy, productive, vibrant years to your life up until the very end, because you can add 30 years to a 80 year old's life and get them to live 30 more miserable years. Or like you said, you can live up to 85 and feel incredible, like, you know, the blue zones. And it's absolutely possible for people living right now to achieve this. It's just getting into the right routines and habits.
