A short YouTube rapid-fire Q&A where two young children, Anya (9) and Coral (7), answer questions about healthy habits: favorite foods (cherries, frozen cherries), sleep (they like going to bed and feel much better after good sleep), and limited soda consumption (they drank Mexican Coke once in Italy).
We're going to hear from two of the healthiest nieces in the world.
Hi, my name is Coral. My name is Anya. I'm seven. And I'm nine.
They are two of the healthiest young kids in the world. So here we go. Speed Round of questions. Rapid fire. What is your favorite food?
Cherries. Probably frozen cherries, too.
Do you like to go to bed?
Yes. Yes.
How do you feel after you get a good night's sleep?
Really good. I feel a lot better than not sleeping.
What's your favorite soda?
I don't have a favorite soda. The only time I would ever drink soda was when we went to Italy. We were allowed to have Mexican Coke, but that's because they actually used real type of sugar and not fake.
Is that your favorite, too?
Yeah.
Okay.
If I had to pick, like a special drink, it would probably be cranberry, same water and sparkling water, but I would also think an Olipop. It's like a seltzer water, but it tastes like a soda, but it's really just healthy.
