Going into the holidays, there are going to be lots of things being baked around the house. And I'm not naive enough to tell you not to use semi sweet chocolate morsels. It says 100% real chocolate on the front of the label. But when you flip it over, the first ingredients is added sugar, cocoa butter, milk, fats. These are fillers. And then my favorite natural flavors, which is a code word for artificially chemically flavored chocolate. Let's get rid of those. And in comes the HU brand. I love this brand. Remember, there are some heavy metals in all cacao. Heavy metals in abundance overwhelm the body and they actually get trapped in our tissue. So not a good idea to eat large amounts of heavy metals, obviously. Here's what I like about this. No refined sugar, no cane sugar, no artificial sweeteners. When you actually flip this over, first ingredient is organic cacao, unrefined coconut sugar and cocoa butter. That's all that's in these. And they're not artificially chemically enhanced to taste that way. So make the lateral shift to these and good luck this holiday season. Baking.
