It was the first time that flicked for me. That gut bacteria really drive our cravings, and not necessarily for the right things. You know, the more highly processed food we eat, the more highly processed food we crave. You know, early again in my career, when we were doing lots of labs on people, it was really confounding because you think when you talk about I have an autoimmune disease or my immune system is, you know, lit up classically, you think, okay, the white blood cell counts through the roof and the cbc, the complete blood count would be lit up like a Christmas tree. And that's where I think these evade capture because they're hiding right in plain sight. And I think most primary care physicians are not trained in functional labs. You know, these poor people are going back to their primary care doctor over and over again. They're like, you're fine. I'm not fine. I can't sleep. I'm depressed. I have no libido now I got pcos, and so it can't be normal. They're seeing it on a daily basis, but they don't know how to help these people. Yeah. And I think the absence of disease is not present of good health.
