Attract Your Soul Mate in 2019

Heather Lyn from Prescriptive Living talks about attracting the right partner by becoming your most vibrant self. She explores what kind of people you're currently drawing and how self-mastery affects relationship compatibility.
Hi, it's Heather with Prescriptive Living and today we're talking about attraction. So I want to ask you a question. Do you tend to attract the type of people or person that you want to have a relationship with? If you do, chances are you're not watching this video because you've got what you're looking for already. So if you're not attracting what you want to attract, this is going to be an opportunity for you. I'm going to share a couple examples that really can be very transformative. And I also going to share at the very end a story that completely changed the type of people that I would attract into my life. And it will work for you too. So I'm excited to talk about this today. So, number one, the type of people that you tend to attract, if they're not the type of people that you generally want to have consideration for a relationship with, I want you to think about it because this is an opportunity to reflect on how you're showing up to the world. The biggest way to recognize, recognize if there's something that, you know, maybe is not attracting the type of people you want to attract is think about the one that got away or think about the ones that you were interested in pursuing a relationship with. What is it about them that really made you want to know them and to, you know, spend time and have connection with it? When were they super interesting? Did they have a very great sense of humor? Were they very successful and driven? Was it whatever it was, what were those things? And then once you identify them, I want you to think about inside of your own life. Do you mirror that? Do you mirror that same level of dynamic X factor? Wow. That keeps somebody of that same caliber wanting to pay attention to you. I know it's kind of an intense question to ask, but it's super important because I remember when I started to think about this in 2009, I was working with really dynamic group of people. We were all about X factor. You couldn't be part of this organization unless you had major X factor. It was right around the same point in time where I, I was listening to on the radio about a famous couple who had split. And the guy left the gal because he found her to be dull. And this was considered America's sweetheart, right? And he found her to be dull. He was born with her. This happens a lot in relationships. And I started really thinking about who I had attracted in my life. That wasn't the type of people I wanted. And what was it about them that wanted they wanted to be near me and then the ones that got away. Why was I attracted to them? And I actually started to amp up my own dynamic aspects of my life so that I could draw the type of men that I wanted around me. And guess what? It worked like a charm. So I want you to reflect on this. Are you attracting what you want? If not, do that exercise and begin to intentionally think about becoming your best and most vibrant self. And if you want help, we have a resource where it's an online training. I do it live. I do them every week.
