All right. Hello, this is Heather with Prescriptive Living. This is the place our savvy single come to get tips to fail proof their life in love. Be sure to stay through to the very end. We're going to talk about some very important things to living your best life and things we have on the horizon. Also, be sure to like and subscribe. We do videos weekly and we have a lot of things going on. So if you like and subscribe, it'll keep our content coming in fresh and be sure to put in comments if there's things you want to have covered addressed different things like that. So thank you for tuning in today. We're talking about one of my favorite topics in life, and that is living a life that is being fullest, your fullest realization of your dreams, aspirations and goals, not letting your song that you have be silenced and die. And so, you know, Henry David Thoreau has this great quote about, you know, most live a life of quiet desperation and they never let their song be released. Something to that extent. Not exact, but close. And so, you know, one of the things that I think there's a specific reasons why this happens. And I ended up doing a post this past weekend about the last course in the Uncommon Love series, which is a really hard course. It's dealing with all the tough behaviors in life that disrupt connection, unions, and just healthy functioning. And there's no judgment zones in it. It's really about awareness. And that's something we're going to talk a lot about here. But denial leads to madness. And we have so many people not embracing themselves and letting their voice come out because they're either imposing limitations through their own beliefs or through beliefs that society or other people in their life have projected on them. And the way to overcome that and get on the other side of it, it's totally doable. It does require courage and, and it requires someone to help you see and get to the root of what's there and why it's happening and what to do about it. And at Prescriptive Living, every single thing that we do, our methodology, whether we're talking about body stuff, whether we're talking about mind stuff, whether we're talking about love and relationships and doing those well, we are getting to the root issue of what's causing the disruptions and, and preventing and blocking people from going to their potential. And we are diagnosing that at the root and then prescribing remedies that get people where they want to go. And we do that. And literally every single that is our methodology for every program that we launch and offer throughout our entire every aspect. Our books, our trainings, our live events, our online digital Uncommon Love series, all of those things. It's all about getting to the root. And I will tell you, very few things right now are getting to the root cause of issues. If you know, back in the 90s, late 90s, I was a pharma rep and I was selling antidepressants and I was working with doctors and psychotherapists and psychiatrists and none of them were. They didn't have the time and generally the capacity to get to people's root issues. And a lot of people didn't even want them to touch the root issues. You have to have the right to be able to do that safely. So they would prescribe drugs to basically manipulate the body to think it's acting and functioning and feeling normal when the reality is none of that was true. It didn't change anything other than your body was being forced to respond differently because drugs were forcing it to. But the depth and the root being and the disruption was all the same. I will tell you when I started to learn about the root, I actually had incurable diseases vanish from my body without really. I mean, it was a miraculous thing, but it was all about recognizing the core issues and basically getting restoration in them. And then diseases vanished from my body. It's true. If you look at the word disease, it's dis ease, it's stress, it's what causes most people's sickness. There's a lot to go on and I'm not going to go down that rabbit hole. It's way too controversial and way too complex for today. Probably in several years I may be willing to tackle that more, but it's not today. So I'm going to. I'm going to bring us back. So there is this whole thing I was cracking up this morning about when a squirrel starts howling like a mountain lion. It's from one of my favorite bands, the Gasoline Lollipop. And it's a so white trash of all things and it's hysterical Sometimes we're squirrels and we project things that aren't real. And so I'm going to talk about. There's a book by Dr. Tasha Yurich called Insight, really great book. And it talks about how most people are not aware even though they think they're aware. So there's a disconnect between reality and the thoughts and awareness comes down to self awareness and it also comes down to awareness of how others perceive you. This is Dr. Yurich's research and she talks about there's three big barriers that keep people. Oh goodness. From basically really having their awareness be accurate. So there's a knowledge, emotion and thought gap that where people are not basing. They're not aware of what their feelings are, they're not aware of what their thoughts are actually. So it's this denial piece. And then even in their knowledge they, they don't use data of like really how they're functioning. They use their perception of how they think things should function and use that as their benchmark for how well they're doing in life. And it's a gap in awareness and understanding and it ends up people living a life of denial and not living aware and true and real and being authentic to themselves and letting their song come out. Now I will tell you there's always going to be a current that tries to keep you from letting your song be free and heard. But I will tell you that denial leads to madness. And you look at people who are not becoming aware of their environments at work and at home and not becoming their best in both of those environments. And it's not about some unattainable anything, it's just about what you desire. So this is all aligned personally to what you like, what you want and all of those components. But being aware of how, how good these environments are for you if they aren't what you desire them to be. The good news is you can change that. Life is about the sum of our choices. We can either recognize something's wrong and then course correct and get back on track and use the movement love towards where we're going or we can do fear and anger, the fight or flight, traumatic responses that don't get people where they want to go. It keeps them in that quiet desperation place in life and love. And everything that we do at Prescriptive Living is to basically disrupt that settling that complacency, that trauma movement of fear and anger. And it is to give people the awareness, the understanding and the skills to live their dreams and to have dynamic relationships and to have healthy functioning in mind and in body and heart and, and in all that we do so that you can literally live your best life. So we are all about cheers to living and loving. Well, I am going to put in the description below a lot of information about all of the resources we have available. There are so many. And we are going to get ready to do another six week uncommon Love series. All of the classes can be done independently or as a whole. Unit. And we are just. We are very excited because we want people to not live in quiet desperation, but to be authentic to who they are, let their magic shine, and to not be the squirrel that's howling like a mountain lion, but to be the mountain lion. And so being authentic, right? It's all about being authentic and not being delusional or in deception or in despair. We are against those things. We are all for vibrance. And cheers to living and loving. Well, that is where we're wrapping today. Thank you for watching again.
