How can I help my child through their grief?
Some ways you can help your child through the grieving process is to let them see your grieving process. Remember, we're teaching our kids everything. We teach our kids how to learn how to behave, how to have good manners. We also have to teach our children how to deal with loss, and the best way we can do that is to model it for them. Another important thing Encourage your child to go to a bereavement group. Now, if you just ask a child if they want to go to a bereavement group, no one wants to go to a bereavement group. But really, encourage your child to be with other kids who have also experienced losses. And you usually only find that in a bereavement group.
