Hi, I'm David Kessler. I want to tell you about a very special program that I'm doing along with Nancy Levin and Paul Denniston at Kripalo called Healing a Broken Heart After a Breakup, Divorce or a Betrayal. It's going to be August 25th through 27th. And many of us have been through relationships that haven't worked out. We've been told to move on, to forget. Sometimes we may not even want to. And the pain of betrayal, if you've been through it, you know it's hideous.
How do we release that pain? How do we begin to move forward? We're going to, in this amazing weekend, look at our love patterns, our old wounds and how to really heal them. That's what the weekend is going to be about. It's going to be a mind, body, spirit weekend. If you've seen me at my lectures, you know I only have a few minutes during a day long lecture to maybe work with someone here. The three of us are going to do deep healing work. Don't worry, we're not going to put you in pain. The reality is if you've had a horrible relationship, you're probably already in pain. But we're going to help you release it and find the love you want in your life. One of my co facilitators is Nancy Levin. Oh my gosh. Many of you know Nancy. Nancy is an amazing coach, a wonderful author. She wrote the book Jump and Worthy. You know her from her Hay House events as well as her writing programs. Also is going to be there with us is Paul Deniston. Paul Deniston does grief yoga. When I first heard that, I went Greek yogurt, but it's actually grief yoga. And he created grief yoga after he was dealing with the heartbreak of a relationship. Now it can be completely for you as a beginner. You don't have to have ever gone to a yoga class. Paul talks about it's about emotional flexibility, not physical flexibility. And how the body remembers and we store all the pain of our old relationships in our body and you want to release that and move forward in your life. As Paul says, the issues are in the tissues. Don't worry, you can even do his type of yoga from a chair. As facilitators. We've had these experiences, breakups, divorce, betrayal, they're all hideous, as you know. And we've gone on to have happy love lives and we know you can too. So I look forward to seeing you August 25th through 27th at Kripalo in Massachusetts. Go to youo Can Heal youl Heart.
