After Whitney Houston's daughter was placed in hospice care and Bobbi Kristina's ex was hit with a lawsuit, there are new developments. Michelle Turner is in Atlanta and has the latest.
Bobbi Kristina's family has been by her bedside since she was transferred here to this hospice on Wednesday. This afternoon, her aunt Pat Houston arrived here and yesterday her father, Bobby Brown paid several visits. We are also learning this news. Her family has decided to hold a prayer vigil in honor of Bobbi Kristina today. Meanwhile, in Florida, her ex, Nick Gordon sprinted from reporters. Now he is the subject of a lawsuit filed by her court appointed conservator. And he also faces a mountain of scrutiny, all while her family holds vigil.
We had Whitney and now her daughter. It's often a complicated grief. This is going to be very hard for her family. They're really going to need each other and this is a time to maybe turn from everything that's happened and hopefully bring them closer.
The family's grief comes just after the publication of a controversial new Tell All.
I have incontrovertible evidence. The last few months they were together, they were on drugs almost all the time. They became addicts and drugs were prevalent in their lives and, and it was a ticking time bomb.
Ian Halperin is the author of Whitney and Bobbi the Deadly Price of Fame. The author claims Nick robbed Kristina of hundreds of thousands of dollars and that their relationship during Bobbi Kristina's final days was explosive.

Reached out to Gordon's attorneys for comment about Halperin's claims. They told us, quote, it is obvious that the statements were made to increase interest in the book.
The good thing is she will be finally at peace and join her beloved mother who she had unconditional love with.
