People recognize abstractly that AI is going to come and take a lot of jobs, but they can't quite transfer that to thinking about themselves in their own situation, which I think is worrying. So I've talked to people and I'm not going to push it on them, but I've talked to people who, I know their job is in jeopardy, but they, they refuse, they refuse to acknowledge it. And I mean, it's not my job to tell them that they're in trouble, but I, I gently nudge them to say, you might want to look at, you know, ways you can either integrate AI so you become more valuable within your organization, or supplementary skills which cannot be easily replicated by AI. So things like public speaking, for example, if you are good at getting up on stage and training, or, you know, leading, for example, that's something that AI is not going to be able to do for a while. So that is a skill which is worth investing in building a personal brand that is a good way to become more insulated against AI.
