So this seems kind of sketchy. Tell me what you think. Udemy is one of the largest learning platforms on Earth, revenue of half a billion dollars a year, and they're bidding on my name on Google Adwords. For those of you not really familiar with Google Ads, what you can do is you can put in a list of keywords, keywords being what people search for when they use Google, and you can bid on those keywords in order to become a sponsored post, like this one, at the top of a Google search. So if you do a Google search for my name, at the moment, the Udemy result is at the top because they're bidding on my name on Google Ads in order to show Udemy. Now, to be fair, and maybe this is a good thing, I do have a Udemy page and I sell some courses on Udemy. I mean, that's why they're doing it. They're trying to drive traffic to Udemy. But bidding on my actual name just seems a bit weird. I don't know, maybe it's not. Maybe this is perfectly normal. I guess it's flattering anyway. What do you think? Is this a bit odd or am I overreacting?
