Hey, guys, and welcome back to Cortland Med center, or as we call it now, lakes at 6:10. We're a month into our takeover of the property, and everything has gone incredibly well so far. The team here has done such a great job of implementing our business plan so far, they kept occupancy high. They've reached out to vendors for bids on implementing the business plan in our renovations, and they've kept this place looking and feeling like home. I've toured the whole facility. Everything looks incredibly clean. The staff is really welcoming, and they make you want to live here as you walk through those doors. So we're really happy with how things are going so far. As we move into months two and three and so forth, we intend to continue with our renovation plan. We intend to continue to increase the overall value of the property, increase the occupancy, and continue to support our staff to make sure that they have everything they need to continue to run this property really efficiently as we continue going forward. You can expect monthly updates from us, typically by email, but as we visit Houston, we'll do some video updates as well. We'll provide you with some pictures and some videos so you can see your investment firsthand. But if you have any questions in the meantime, please reach out to Steve and I. We'd be happy to help you out. Otherwise, thanks again for investing with us at Skyline Point Capital, and until next time, we'll see you soon.
