In this instructional YouTube video, Robyn Anderson walks viewers through creating a simulated ‘roundtable’ advisory board using the Claude AI skill. She explains the concept of calling in real‑world business thought leaders—Alex Hormozi, Gary Vee, Brené Brown, Oprah, and Amy Porterfield—to give personalized advice based on their publicly shared ideas. The video provides a detailed, step‑by‑step workflow: (1) interviewing the user to capture business details, challenges, stage, personality profile, and communication preferences; (2) recommending four standing board members tailored to the user’s weak spots, with explanations of each advisor’s expertise, core frameworks, and likely push‑backs; (3) constructing reusable roundtable instructions that embed the user’s context, advisor bios, tone, phrases, and a rule set that enforces authenticity and constructive tension; (4) outlining how a session runs, including restating the user’s question, generating concise advisor takes in their voice, delivering a concrete weekly action, and summarizing agreement and disagreement; (5) defining trigger phrases for launching sessions and showing how to save the whole setup as a Claude skill for future use. Robyn ends with a call to follow her and a link for learning how AI systems can save time and money.

Hey friends. So a lot of you have been wanting to use my roundtable skill. And basically what that is, is where I can call in any advisor that I want. And based on what they've put out on the internet of things, they can give me personal advice about my business. So on my advisory board, I have Alex Hormozi, Gary Vee, Brené Brown, Oprah, cuz I love Oprah, and Amy Porterfield cuz she's amazing at marketing. So we're gonna do this again. I'm not gonna talk to you anymore. I'm going to talk to your AI. Okay? So the first thing you're gonna do is go into Claude and you're going to push this button, and then you're going to play my video for your AI in 3 seconds. Okay? 1, 2, 3. I want to build my own personal advisor board called the Roundtable. We're going to have world-class business thought leaders who give me strategic advice in their real voice. Here's how I want you to help me build it. Go one step at a time and wait for my answers before moving on. Step 1, interview me. Ask me questions one or two at a time. What's my business and what do I sell? Who are my ideal customers? What stage is my business in? What are my biggest business challenges right now? Where do I feel the weakest? Sales, marketing, leadership, systems, money, confidence? What is my preferred communication style? Do I want blunt or gentle? Do I have a personality profile? DiSC, Enneagram, StrengthsFinder, Emergetics, etc.? If so, what are my results? Step 2, recommend my board. Based on my answers, recommend 4 standing board members. Pick real, well-known business thought leaders who have books, podcasts, or frameworks. Choose people who cover my weak spots, not just people who think like me. For each one, tell me who they are, what are they best known for, books or frameworks, Why do they belong on my board? What will they push back on me about? Let me swap out anyone before you continue. Step 3, build my roundtable instructions. Once I approve my board, write a complete set of instructions I can save and reuse in, in a Claude project or right here as a skill. Include my context, a short summary of business offers, audience, and stage so every advisor gets advice for me, not generic advice. The board. For each advisor, their books, companies, and core frameworks, what they're obsessed with, how they talk, tone, phrases, and energy, their core belief, and what they'll push back on. On-demand members. A rule that I can say, bring in any name to be a guest advisor for one session. Number 4, how the session runs. Restate my question in one sentence. The question on the table is blank. Give each advisor a quick take, 2 to 4 sentences in their voice, and then your move, one specific action I I can take this week. End with where the board lands, where they agree and where they disagree. Be honest about real tension. Rules of the board. This is a real board, not a hype squad. If my idea has a flaw, say so. Push back when it's warranted. Growth over comfort. Only use views each advisor has actually shared in their books, talks, or interviews. Never make up positions. If unsure, stay true to their core philosophy. Action items must be concrete. Think about your positioning doesn't count. Give me the kind of thinking I don't naturally lean towards. Use my personality profile if I shared one. 6, trigger phrases. A few examples of ways I can start the session, like roundtable this: should I raise my prices? When you're done, give me the final instructions in one clean block that I can copy and save. Okay, so just hit enter and you'll see that whole thing show up. You're going to hit enter and then it will send you your board. Verbatim back to you. You read it, you add your own advisors, follow the interview, and then once you're done, you can say save this as a skill. And then you can do what I do, which is I'll just start a new chat. Delete all this because I already have it. And now I can just do roundtable and then ask my question, and I get the full board to answer any question I have. Okay, I hope you found this helpful.
