As if being a founder isn't brutal enough on a consistent basis you have to do some sort of self assessment, some sort of kind of reconcile of where you're at. And one of the things that I love to do awful, brutal, the worst, fucking hated is called the hotshot challenge which is imagine if a titan of industry someone that you respect was and a hotshot just great at what they do came in and replaced you as a CEO today and they had 30 days to present a report to your advisors, to your board, to your investment committee whatever that means and think about what they would do well they would spend the first section working out where you're failing. Founder doesn't have a clear articulated written strategy, no clear mission. Product roadmap seems to be reactive to customer fires no one on ones taking place with key you know key people in the team missed opportunities, missed revenue opportunities left money on the table pricing incorrectly using.
