Two speakers argue that mainstream news deliberately broadcasts traumatic events to instill fear and control behavior, citing repeated footage of planes hitting buildings as an example. They describe this as a "bread and circus" strategy meant to distract people from their own dissatisfaction and make them more obedient to authority.
Do you want to take the red pill or the blue pill? One of the biggest solutions is unplug from the Matrix. They show over and over on the news hundreds of times the planes flying into the buildings. This is essentially installing a trauma pattern on the psyche of every person watching it. They want you afraid of your neighbor. They want you afraid of your family members because then you're much more obedient to authority. It's called bread and circus. We are just overwhelmed with media.
