A speaker shares how unstructured days left him inactive and unproductive. His fix: write down tomorrow's tasks each night, keep a minimal morning routine, and lean on faith for discipline. Simple habits, not elaborate systems, keep him on track.
How do you stay on that track of just going into hustle mode? I used to live my days completely unstructured because I thought that was like the dream of being able to do whatever you want, whenever you want on any given day. When you have absolutely zero structure, then nothing gets done. Like I'll spend 30 minutes thinking about what to do. I'm not like a big guru morning routine, 8-step, takes forever type of thing. But like the one thing that I have to do is I have to write down like the night before what I'm going to do the next day. And then obviously just religion helps me a lot in my relationship with God of like not wandering off and doing things that I shouldn't be doing.
