Heart-focused meditation for inner-peace and calm

27 Sept 2023 · 2 min

In this guided meditation, the instructor leads listeners to focus their attention on the heart or chest area and adopt a slower, deeper breathing rhythm. While breathing, participants are invited to identify and connect with a "regenerative emotion"—such as calm, joy, or appreciation—that would serve them in the present moment. The practice includes three intentional breaths, each inhalation meant to amplify that chosen feeling, followed by a final inhalation that expands the heart and carries the cultivated emotion forward into the day. The overall purpose is to foster inner peace, calm, and emotional resilience through heart‑centered breath awareness.
