Get comfortable. And if it feels right to you, you might want to put your right hand on your heart, or your left hand on your womb, or both. I personally love to put both there. Maybe just allow your eyes to softly close and begin to feel your body, feel your breath. Feel your heartbeat as we begin to breathe a little slower and a little deeper than usual, with every inhalation dropping more into our hearts. Perhaps imagine breathing into the count of 5 and out to the count of 5. As we continue to allow slow, deep, conscious, loving breaths in and out right through the center of our heart or chest. I invite you to invoke a sense of warm, soothing, safe energy. Maybe this energy has a texture as well as a temperature of warmth. Maybe it has a color. The energy that you feel enveloping you and nurturing and holding you right now in this safe space. Maybe it's a pink or blue or violet. As we continue to allow deep, conscious, loving breaths in and out, we allow ourselves to surrender into the feeling of safety, warmth, And being nurtured. We now can begin to connect to, visualize, envision a version of yourself at any age. You could even be in the womb if you wanted to. You could even be a speck in your mother's eye in her, in her womb. You could be 19, you could be 5, you could be 10. Just see whatever age is calling to you right now. Go with that. Just follow your heart's intuition. And as we continue to breathe slowly and deeply, allow the image of her to materialize in your mind's eye, whatever age she is at. And ask from your heart to her heart, are you available to spend time with me right now? And see how she responds. See if she's excited, she wants to hug you, maybe even reach out a hand. Maybe even give her a hug if she wants it, or maybe she wants to sit next to you. Maybe you're On the beach somewhere, on a bench in your favorite park. Just get comfortable however she wants to be with you. Now I ask you to connect with her and say, what would you like me to know today? Is there something maybe that I've never asked you or something you haven't had the space to share with me that you would like to share with me in this moment? Continuing to allow deep, conscious, loving breaths as she communicates from her heart to yours. Now ask her, how does she feel? How does she feel about whatever it is that she just shared with you? Does she feel excited? Maybe sad or scared? Whatever she is feeling in this moment, and however she wants to receive it, tell her that she is safe and she is loved, and that no matter what she is feeling, you accept. And cherish her. Now ask her, is there anything else? However she wants to be addressed. Maybe you address her as my love or sweetheart. However that is, just say, is there anything else that you'd like to share with me today? Or anything else that you need support with right now in this moment. Again, take a moment and acknowledge her, whatever she has just shared. She's feeling sad, say that. I love and accept you. You're allowed to feel sad. You're allowed to feel happy. Wherever you are is whole and complete and perfect. Another deep, conscious, loving breath, enhancing that love that you have for her with every breath that you allow. And finally, let's ask her if there's anything she needs today. Does she need a hug? Does she need some playtime or a walk or some dancing? Let's ask her, what do you need right now, my love? Acknowledge whatever she needs. Tell her that she can have it, whether it's metaphorical. If she wants ice cream and you want to give her a scoop of metaphorical ice cream right now, or dance party, whatever that is, give her what she needs in this moment, or commit to how and when you're going to provide that for her. Let's tell her, thank you. Thank you, my love. Thank you for coming out. Thank you for sharing with me. And if she's open to it, maybe give yourself a big hug. Give a big hug and just tell her, you are loved. You are cherished. You're appreciated. And I am always here for you. And I promise to keep you safe. Allowing another deep, conscious, loving breath. Breathing in, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Breathing out, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. 3, 4, 5. Begin to wiggle your fingers, wiggle your toes, come back into your body. And if your eyes were shut, you can feel free to open them.
