Hello, my name is Jennifer K. Hill, and I am the CEO of OptiMatch. In 2018, my legal recruiting company was sought out and acquired by one of the largest accounting firms in the US because we were profitable from day one and remained profitable post-acquisition. The secret to our success? We identified tools and methodologies for ideally matching employees and employers. Resulting in increased satisfaction and retention. People loved going to work. At our current startup, OptiMatch, we've productized these learnings into a scalable SaaS algorithm and tools that are revolutionizing HR and other fields. A leading cause of global illness is stress, which is often linked to workplace environments. In fact, according to the American Institute of Stress, 83% of U.S. workers suffer from work-related stress such as anxiety and depression. Our algorithm tackles all of these issues head-on by aligning employees and employers based on motivating factors. We increase and create seamless connection from day one, significantly reducing friction and increasing satisfaction. In fact, we recently applied our algorithm to a Web3 company who was having some challenges. In less than 3 weeks, we helped reverse the accidental adversarial relationships and promote team cohesiveness.
