In this one‑minute guided meditation, the instructor invites listeners to release the need to appear composed by engaging in brief, playful physical actions—wiggling fingers, rolling shoulders, making a silly face—while breathing. Each inhalation is paired with a sense of silliness spreading through the body, and each exhalation is accompanied by the silent mantra, “I don’t have to be impressive right now. I just have to be alive in this body.” The practice is repeated to reinforce permission to be silly for its own sake. The session closes with a loving wish, an invitation to share the practice with someone who might need peace or silliness, and a gentle call to subscribe for more short peace‑building content.
