Welcome. I'm so glad you're here. The story you tell yourself shapes how you experience your day. Tell yourself a hopeful story and you tend to feel hopeful. Tell yourself a story full of dread and dread is what you'll feel. But here's something worth remembering. You don't actually know how any of it turns out. Not the small stuff and not the biggest questions either. What happens after, what it all means. You don't have to have the answer. Please take a slow breath in, and as you do, notice that it actually can bring some peace knowing you don't have to know the answers. Hold. And as you exhale, give yourself permission to set the story down for a minute. Please let the not knowing Be okay. Sometimes something new shows up in that space, something more open than the story ever was. Here's a brief note from Mike. Thank you so much for listening. I truly hope this is helpful. If you think someone might benefit from this, please share it with them. May you be safe. May you be happy. May you live with ease.
