Welcome. I'm so glad you're here. Most of what happens today is outside your control, but how you meet it isn't. Instead of starting your day with a list of what you want to happen, try starting with how you want to be. May I be patient? May I be kind? May I listen before I respond? You won't always hit it, and that's fine. At the end of the day, you can just ask yourself honestly, did I show up the way I meant to? As you take a breath in, please set that kind of intention, not for what you'll get, but for who you'll be while you're getting it. Hold. And as you exhale, connect with the feeling of embodying the quality you are intending. Let that be your anchor—not what happens today, but how you'll meet it. Here's a brief note from Mike. Thank you so much for listening. I truly hope this is helpful. If you think someone might benefit from this, please share it with them. May you be safe. May you be happy. May you live with ease.
