Kind vs Small — 1-Minute Self-Love Check-In | Undiluted You Day 3

A one-minute check-in on the difference between kindness and shrinking. Kindness means staying fully present and expressing truth without erasing yourself. Shrinking to avoid conflict breeds resentment later. Notice after conversations whether you feel warm or erased.

Welcome. I'm so glad you're here. We're almost halfway through a week about not shrinking. So today I want to be clear about something because these 2 get confused constantly. Kind and small are not the same thing. Small is disappearing so nobody has to adjust. Kind is staying fully here and choosing how you say what's true. One of those costs you. The other one doesn't. Please take a breath in, and as you do, ask yourself, after a conversation, do I feel warm or do I feel a little erased? Hold and give yourself a little hug as the realization sinks in that you are in fact kind. Kindness leaves you intact. There's a lightness to it. Shrinking leaves that low hum of resentment you can't quite justify, and it always shows up later, usually pointed at someone who didn't earn it. So this isn't permission to be sharp with people. It's permission to stop believing that the good version of you is the one that takes up the least room. You can be soft and still be all the way here. I'm sending you so much love. If there's someone that comes to mind that can use a little peace, please share this with them and please subscribe to keep returning the peace in under 2 minutes a day. Thank you so much for being here with me today.
I think most people are looking for more simplicity these days. That's one reason I appreciate Azure Standard. At first I thought it was just about groceries. Then I discovered gardening supplies, pantry staples, household products, and so many of the other things we use every day. They've spent over 30 years delivering clean, organic groceries and earth-friendly products to families who care about what goes on their plates and into their lives. Everything they offer is rooted in real nutrition, transparency, and trust. What I like is that it encourages a different mindset. Instead of constantly running to the store, you begin thinking about your home differently. You stock your pantry, you plan family meals, maybe you plant a garden. You become a little more intentional about what you bring into your home. That's what abundance means to me. Experience new products and stock up on your favorites during this month's Waves of Abundance sales. Discover a simpler, healthier way to shop for the things matter most at azurestandard.com. That's A-Z-U-R-E standard dot com.

He squints, reads it again, smiles, and says, dang, that's a good offer. The highest form of approval. No haggling, no hassle. No one called him. Boss. He's still on that couch. Astonishing.
