Welcome. I'm so glad you're here. If there's someone you've lost, a person or pet, please think of something you'd like to say to them right now, out loud or even in your mind. It doesn't have to be big. Maybe, "I miss you," or, "I wish you could see this," or even, "I'm still mad that you left." Whatever is true. Love doesn't need a body to land on. It still reaches. They still hear it in whatever way that works. You don't have to understand how. Just trust that it does. Talk to them. That relationship isn't over. It's just changed shape. Take a breath in as you imagine what it was like to be with them, and please repeat what you wanted to say to them. Hold, and as you exhale, completely receive their response or even bring in deeper to your mind and body the feeling of them being near. The beings we love are always in our hearts and are never truly gone. I am sending you so much love. Is there someone who comes to mind that could use a little peace or this message today? Share this with them, and please subscribe to keep returning to peace in under 2 minutes a day. Thank you so much for being here with me today.
