A one-minute meditation using the equinox as a metaphor for balance. The speaker suggests balance isn't a perfect, fixed state but a moving equilibrium where light and dark shift. Some days lean toward action, others toward rest, and both are natural.

Welcome. I'm so glad you're here. Today is the equinox, the day the light and the dark divide exactly evenly before the Earth tips back into darkness for a while. Nature does not treat this as a failure of the light. It is not the light losing. It is balance doing exactly what balance is meant to do— holding both sides equally for just one day. Before shifting again. You've been trying to hold balance in your life like it's a fixed point you're supposed to land on and stay, but balance was never meant to be static. It's a moving equilibrium, one side rising as the other recedes, then rising again. Please take a breath in, and as you do, let go of the idea that you're supposed to have perfect balance all the time, forever. Hold, and as you exhale, trust that some days lean toward doing and some days lean toward rest, and that is not imbalance. That is the wheel turning the way it's supposed to. You don't have to get this perfect today. You just have to let both sides exist. I'm sending you so much love. If there's someone who comes to mind that could use little peace, please share this with them, and please subscribe to keep returning to peace. In under 2 minutes a day. Thank you for being here with me today. Happy Equinox!
