In this brief guided meditation, the narrator invites listeners to close their eyes, breathe slowly, and release tension. The script acknowledges feelings of impatience and doubt about waiting for a desired outcome, using nature metaphors—seed, season, tree—to illustrate that growth takes its own time. Listeners are guided to soften their grip on personal timelines, repeat the affirmation "I trust the timing of my life," and recognize that what is meant for them will arrive. The meditation ends with a compassionate invitation to share the practice with others and a gentle reminder to subscribe for more short peace‑focused sessions.

Welcome. I'm so glad you're here. Please take a second, and if you're in a safe space to do so, please close your eyes. Take one slow breath in, hold, and as you exhale, release any tension you might have been carrying. There's something you're waiting for, something that has not yet arrived. A healing or an event that is taking longer than you expected, a door that has not yet opened, a version of your life that you can see so clearly and yet cannot seem to reach, and there's a voice— perhaps it's familiar by now— that says, why is this taking so long? What am I doing wrong? Has it passed me by? Please take a breath and see if just for this moment you can soften your grip on the timeline you had in mind. Hold, and as you exhale, intend to release your grip a little more. Nature does not rush. The seed does not apologize for not yet being the tree. The season does not hurry because you're impatient for the next one. And you, in all of your longing and your readiness and your waiting, are not behind. You're in season, and this season has something in it for you, even now, even still. Please say silently to yourself, I trust the timing of my life. What is meant for you will not miss you. Let the waiting be part of the story rather than evidence that something is wrong. I'm sending you so much love. Is there someone who comes to mind that could use a little peace? Share this with them, and please subscribe to keep returning to peace in under 2 minutes.
