Your Heart Has Been Beating Since Before You Were Born

A two-minute guided meditation inviting you to place your hand on your heart and breathe. Your heart has been beating since week six of gestation, long before you had a name or conscious awareness, enduring every hardship without asking for rest.

Welcome. I'm so glad you're here. Your heart started beating around week 6, before you had fingers, before you had a name, before anyone even knew who you'd become. It's been going this whole time, through every heartbreak, every all-nighter, every year you swore you couldn't survive. It never once asked, If it could stop and rest. Please place one or both hands on your heart, and as you inhale and you feel the decades of loyalty beating for you before you even knew how to say thank you, hold. And exhale with a silent thank you to your heart for the rhythm it has kept for you for all your days. Since you were in the womb. Take a moment more to feel that connection to your heart. Breathing in and feeling it. And exhaling out again with a silent thank you. I am sending you so much love. Is there someone who comes to mind that could use a little peace? Share this with them. And please subscribe to keep returning to peace in under 2 minutes a day. Thank you. I am so, so grateful that you're here with me today. Thank you.
