June 10th, 2024 Ultra Wealth CRYPTO!

Live trading class led by Jerremy Newsome covering crypto market review, how to research and trade cryptocurrencies (currency pairs, stablecoins, exchanges), technical-entry methods (relative strength, moving averages, pyramiding limit buys) and practical position management. The session also addresses trading psychology (coping with losses, worst-case framing) and the use of funded accounts for learning. Examples discussed include 0x, Tether/USDC, Monero, Chainlink, Solana, Uniswap, API3, Quant, Ethereum and Bitcoin.
Chapters
All right, dive in. I love all of you. Jan, this is gonna be so much fun. We're gonna work on. I posted in chat page just so that you'll know. So this week we're going to continue to go through obviously 247 markets this week, next week, the week after, look over them, review them, trade them, futures, forex, crypto. But we'll also be working on trading psychology as well. Just making sure that it's always something good that's good to talk about. Always something's good to have though in the recordings and I would love to just do some, some inner work with a few of you as well. As we kind of go through some of this just that you're aware of some of those pieces of our mental, the fear, the fear body that will creep up on our trades and then the, the over exuberance that can creep up as well. So one of the, one of the small tiny reminders would be I think I posted the chat pain your top five best and top five worst trading habits. So think about those. You don't have to answer them immediately obviously, but really, really think about them because I'll be building content around whatever you say. So don't suck it up. Post some really good, deep, cringe worthy things because I'll be thinking through on, on how we can address them just so that you can become better and we can become better because the, the chances that I'm dealing with the exact same thing that you're dealing with and vice versa is going to be like a hundred percent or I have dealt with them. So just throwing that out there. All right, let's dive into some of the requests and some of the discussions for today. Give me two seconds. Where is that? Right there. All right, so really quick, we're going to start with this, with the two WhatsApp requests. Thank you both Catherine and Eric. And one of the things we're going to talk about today is also going through how you can review some of the crypto out there also. It's kind of like what I look for. So it's going to be a great class as always. First thing we're going to look at is, yeah, we're going to look at the ZERO X protocol. That's what this crypto is. And I have traded this one before. So let me pull up 0x USD and I'll ask, I'll start with Eric. How did you find this particular one? Was it just scrolling through. Yep, it was just scrolling through that shared list you sent and it was Down. Yeah. And then I just dug in a little bit. So when you say dug in, what is, what does that mean? That means look at the long term moving averages. Did the chart pulled up all that? And I, I didn't read about what the coin was or what it did or how it originated or any of that because I don't know if that matters that much. It's a great. No, it's a great point. Yeah, that's like I said, we'll, we'll cover that a little bit today. But, but you are correct. It doesn't, it doesn't generally specifically overly matter. The only time that it can, or that it can be relatively unique is if you want to buy it into a bigger position. And we'll talk about that because there can be and there will be some projects that will do some really, really, really big things. I don't know how often we'll find them. I will say just in case anyone's waiting for me to talk about meme coins or like the, the ones that 400x overnight, I don't trade those. I don't interact with those. I don't know how to trade those. I don't, well, I don't know how. But, but most of them are manipulated. Most of them are very much insider trading. Most of them are illegal. And there will be a time where you will lose all of your investment if you trade them. It's just a matter of time before you get into what's called a rug pool. Now when I say like meme coins, I mean like Pepe Coin and a few random ones. If you really dive into the rabbit hole on Twitter or the Internet in general, you'll see that there's some strange crypto that gets created and they get created just for giggles and then people buy it and it runs up 400 and then, then it goes to zero overnight. Those happen a lot but I don't trade those, I don't interact with those. Now there is one interaction that I do like. It's called Coin Market Cap. This website is really, really fun to spend 10 minutes on I think and Coin Market Cap right here. So if you type it in, what you're going to able to see is like the biggest cryptos in general. And if it's generally sorted by market cap already when you first come here. So let's go look at the first 10 and what you, what you'll see is just the size of them. So Bitcoin, Ethereum, obviously Tether is a really, really interesting crypto. I'LL explain what that is. Tether. You see where it says usdt. So what that stands for is US Dollar tether. And this coin is, is marked as a stable coin. And what they're doing with it is they are trying to make that the dollar. And so when I say they are trying to, it just means that the, the decentralized circulation of crypto exchanges and crypto traders have allowed people to buy a stable coin that doesn't fluctuate very much. That's essentially pegged to the US Dollar because a lot of exchanges do not use the dollar. Right. Because it's decentralized. Right. It's cryptocurrency. You're supposed to hate the US dollar. So people in the crypto world are very much like anti US dollar and they're very Thai, they're very tie crypto. And so US dollar and usdc, these are both stable coins and they're both pegged to quote unquote, the U.S. dollar. So what you can do is you take your U.S. dollar and you buy these bad boys, and then once you buy these bad boys with your US dollars, essentially an even exchange, you might lose somebody on commission, but that's pretty much it. Once you have US DC or usdt, which is tether, you can buy any other crypto on any exchange in the world. And all exchanges accept these two. Not all exchanges accept US dollars. So if you're trying to get on to a really sketchy exchange or you're trying to trade internationally, so Catherine will tell you it's pretty hard to get you, you know, Australia dollars, US Dollars onto some exchanges because she lives in international markets. It can be a lot harder because they don't have, they don't have Coinbase or they don't have access to Coinbase. And so Binance doesn't accept US dollars at all. And Binance is one of the biggest coin, one of the biggest exchanges out there. So I'll show you Binance really quick. So finance. There you go. Binance.com so Binance doesn't accept US dollar. There is a Binance US but even then it's a little, a little on the sketch side. It's not, not perfect. But if you want to buy anything on Binance, you have to buy it in either usdt, which is Tether, or usdc. You buy those stable coins first and then you use those stable coins to buy your other crypto. Now, just to be aware, I, I think those, there's a lot of articles, a lot of articles that Tether is A fraudulent creation and that it's like a pyramid scheme and then it's going to end up going to zero. It's been around for a very long time. When I say very long time, I mean five years, which is a long time. In the crypto world. I personally am very, very hesitant to buy a bunch of tether. The one that I do like the most is usdc. So if I am ever buying crypto stablecoin in order to trade other cryptos that might not be accessible on a US dollar currency pair, then I will buy usdc. That's my preferred stable coin. I don't know why other than there's so many negative articles on usdt, I'm always like what if they're right? So I haven't really found a lot of negative on USDC yet, but there are some cryptos that just are not tradable on the US dollar. You can't buy them with US dollars. You have to buy them in another way. Now this brings me to a really, really fun question. You guys are ready for a mind explosion. Can you buy crypto with crypto? And the answer is of course you can. That's the point of crypto. So check it out. Now please be aware that this is very, very, very unique. And this is, this starts challenging the way that your brain's going to work with currency for a second. But check it out. If I buy BTC eth, this is Bitcoin and bta, Eth bt, sorry, yeah, Ether Bitcoin, this is your buying Ethereum with your Bitcoin. So if I click on this, this is gonna be a weird looking chart. It's not going to move very, very Normally you can still trade this obviously, but you'll notice that it generally is kind of sloping down a little bit. Right. So we're, so if I go to like, let's just go to a monthly chart. So the monthly chart, right it there, there's some ups and there's some downs, but it's not really, really generally trending up. What this is, and this is tradable on Coinbase is you are buying Ethereum with what your main currency, the last currency on the ticker is the base pair currency. That's what you're buying it with. So if you have ETH USD, that means you're buying Ethereum with US dollars. So when you put in USD you're always going to be able to see what the currency pair is in relation to the base currency. Right. This one is ETH btc because you're buying Ethereum with what? With your Bitcoin? Exactly. Now that's interesting because now what you're trying to do is you're trying to increase your Bitcoin holdings and not necessarily your US dollar holdings. So if you buy Ethereum with Bitcoin, Ethereum has to go up relative to Bitcoin going up. And that's the only way you'll make money. And it's a very, very rare event, relatively speaking, that Ethereum increases faster than Bitcoin. That's the only time you will make money on this particular type of currency exchange. Now you can do this with pretty much just about any Bitcoin or any crypto. So if I type in basic attention token btc, this is you buying another random crypto and you can see it's just going essentially straight down. So again, you generally don't want to do this because whatever currency pair you're buying with your Bitcoin, it has to be going up faster than your Bitcoin. And there's not many cryptos that are continually increasing faster than Bitcoin. You can see that there are explosions, right in 2021 there was a nice one here. So if you, if you caught this one little move, you would have doubled your Bitcoin holdings in two and a half months because basic attention token went up higher. But since Bitcoin is right now the predominant crypto and it's the most powerful crypto and it's the most well known crypto, the general trend of Bitcoin is stronger than other cryptos. The reason I want to walk through the currency pairs with you this morning is because I want you to start being aware that there is a world out there where people buy things with Bitcoin or any other crypto. Once you buy a crypto, the ability for you to go then buy other cryptos with that crypto is very, very high. You just have to make sure that there's a market for it. You have to make sure that there's, there's a, a general exchange for it. So again, I'm not going to be really diving into the swap market. I won't be going into Unis swap or Polygon or any of that, any of the swap markets. But I just want you to know that there are ways to buy crypto with other crypto and that's what Tether and USDC are. Instead of having the crazy volatility that Bitcoin has, you're just able to buy things with straight up USDT or Tether. So I'll show you again. Here's one that you can't really buy in US dollars. It's called Monero, which is xmr. So if I type in XMR USD, you, you actually can buy it on Kraken, Bitfinex and Polon X. But if I type in USDT there you can see all the places that you can buy Monero with Heather and you'll see it's on Kucoin, Kraken, Ponyx and a few of the other weird exchanges. But if I take the T away, this is just US dollar and again, you can buy it on so Kraken. So this is what the US dollar Monero chart looks like. But again, it's not on Coinbase. This one's not listed on Coinbase, if it ever does get listed on Coinbase. This is a, this is a really, really cool crypto. I do like this one. I've studied a little bit, which I'm going to show you in just a second on how we can do some of that. But again, this US dollar Monero means you're buying Monero with your US dollar. If Monero increases relative to the US dollar, you'll make more US dollars. Does that concept, the most part makes sense and. Or. Any questions?
Yeah, I have a question, Jeremy. So you said that it's very difficult for the cryptos to go up more than bitcoin. So is it pretty much a guarantee to some regard if you go the other way? And if you're then doing your bitcoin going up, do you trade that more than, you know, your other currency pair or crypto pair?
Yeah, yep, I do, I do. So you, because you're asking, let's just say if you're buying bitcoin with litecoin, right, that particular currency pair just isn't extremely popular. There's not a lot of people that own litecoin as a main currency pair that want to buy bitcoin with it. But if you flip it around so litecoin and you're buying more litecoin with your bitcoin, that chart does exist. And you can certainly see that there are times, there have been times where litecoin has gone up faster than bitcoin. It's just not, it's not super, super prevalent. Again, it's just really that the overall market is not. A lot of people use, let's just say in this example, litecoin as their currency pair. There's not tons and tons of people in the world. They're like, let me have more litecoin. Because that's the way you got to think about it, is whatever currency pair you're trading against, you want more of it. So every one of us here want more US Dollars because it's a great currency, or Australian dollar or Canadian dollars. But we all want more dollars. Not tons of people want, like, oh, I want more litecoin. Although I do. I love. I love. Like, I think it's awesome. But, yeah, that's. That's. Generally, I am, from a crypto perspective and standpoint, quite bullish on bitcoin long term. Yeah, I do think it's a very, very good crypto to have some type of savings in. So you guys ever heard the term raining day, rainy day fund? Like, oh, I want some cash. And, you know, in this rainy day fund, my rainy day fund is all in bitcoin. Because my perspective is I have a credit card. You know, like, if weird things happen and I need to buy something that I didn't expect, I'm just gonna use a credit card because then I have 30 days to pay it off, and I get points. And since we all know liquidity, and if we have our money into something liquid, we all know that we can just click, sell, exit that thing, and then take that money, then pay off our credit card if we needed to. Right. We're all aware that we can do that quite quickly. The mindset could be, oh, what if Newsom, I have a bunch of bitcoin and I bought it really high, and it's really, really, really down. When I need to sell it to pay off that credit card, that can happen. That can happen. And when that has happened to me, aka 2022, right? Crypto ice age. I didn't sell my bitcoin. I found other things to sell, or I just worked really hard, you know, like, pay. Pay it off with something else. So, yeah, I. I do personally love bitcoin long term, Katherine. I think it's a great savings vehicle. I think one of the other really, really underplayed elements to crypto is that for all of you that have kids and. Or grandkids, depending on their age, obviously, fun fact, you can day trade crypto as much as you want. There's no limits. So you can buy, sell, buy, sell, buy, sell, buy, sell, buy, sell. Every day. Just to teach them how commissions work, support, resistance work. They don't have to have a 25, 000 account. Right. You could give them 5,000 bucks or $2,000 and just let them buy and sell crypto all day long so the cows come home. And again, it just helps them see and probably learn and probably feel and probably know and understand a little bit the value of money and the value of time. Does that answer your question, Ms. Katherine?
Yeah. Yeah, it does. I guess there is just not really many that go the bitcoin crypto way. And on any exchange, like, it's very, very limited.
Yeah, that's a great question. But yet is it's just limited because it's kind of like you said, you can find them, but there's just not. They're not very tons. And litecoin is really like one of the more popular cryptos to mean it's, it's pretty popular. So there's not a lot of it that goes the other way. That is correct. Again, looking at the top 10. So these are just the top 10 size from like how much money is in these? So that you all kind of just know. So this, all this also means that these are the most liquid as well. Right. So last but not least, as part of this, you guys all might remember chain link, I liked a lot. And if I click on Chain Link Link USD and scroll down, what we'll notice is a few different pieces here. Again, just so that you're all aware this exists, but you have project announcements, which is whatever you know. So here's just some things there, official links, you have their website and for my nerds like Jeremy, your white paper. White paper is the construction of the coin, what it is, what it does, what it's supposed to do, the value it's supposed to add to the world. Most white papers are garbage. Feel free to read them. I encourage you to, just so you'll try to know what more of these do. So that's kind of mostly it if, if we kind of scroll down here some more. So these are chain link markets, which means these are all the markets that it's traded on. And again, I'm not going to go into these too much because I don't use them a lot personally. But there's something called the swap market, which is really, really weird and wild and that's where people can make fortunes or lose fortunes. So only if you want to fall into a very, very, very deep rabbit hole. That's where you buy the meme coins, is where you can buy meme coins on the swap market. That is correct. And you have to normally buy it with. With Ethereum. Yep, you buy with Ethereum or Solana or a few others, but they're, you know, again, I'm not going to go too much into that, but it's, it's kind of wild. But chain link markets, this just shows you where you can buy it. So this is where I buy mine right on Coinbase. And you can see 2.8% of its traded exchanges are on Coinbase. You guys remember Sam Bankman Fried. You guys have ever heard that name? If you didn't hear that name, he's a guy who's now in jail not because he made a bunch of money, but because eventually he did it fraudulently but what he was created. And all of you are welcome to create this army and if you want to create this, just feel free to. But a lot of people go, oh look, there's price discrepancy on all the exchanges. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to buy it on Kraken and I'm going to go sell it on bybit with a 30 cent difference and I'm gonna go do that perpetually. And so that's how he made a couple billion dollars is he create a robot that bought crypto on one exchange and sold it to another exchange for a higher price and then he took the money into fraudulent things with it, which is illegal. But that's, that's, that is legal buying and selling it in a different place for a different price. Just gotta make sure you time it correctly. So he was also software engineer and all the things. But whatever saying all that to say this is a spot where you can definitely get more information on your crypto exchanges, cryptos. And then of course also after you go and look at the website and look at the white paper, YouTube it, I will literally show you how I spent hundreds of hours of my life. You ready? Strap in. This is going to be crazy. What does, what does chain link do? That's what I type in. What does chain link do? And I'll go and watch these videos and sorry, brother, I said do you do this for the ones that you're just like maybe day or swing trading or ones that you're going to hold for a longer period of time? Tom, it's the second one. But I want to, before I trade anything, I want to know like, is it going to go to zero immediately or in like three years? Because if I feel like it's going to have a longer longevity, I can sprinkle in a little bit more currency into it. Again, ultimately for most of you, if you've never traded crypto before, your main goal is to bitcoin ethereum Litecoin. Trade one of those three until you double your account. It might take a year from now, might take two years from now, or you take a certain amount of money that you're okay to go to zero. You're like, hey, if I lose $10,000, whatever, I've spent $10,000 on dumber things. You take $10,000 and you go trade absolute garbage, which most cryptos are, as I've said, mathematically. And you buy, sell, buy, sell, buy, sell, hoping to double that account and Danny Potter holding, and you're playing with house money. Once you're at house money, do whatever you want. But that's ultimately the goal is to just get whatever amount of crypto is in crypto is, is free and is free and paid off. And again, it might take a year, that's okay. But all over your young, you're all rich, you're all talented, you're all smart, right? Which means take advantage of your time. Right? Right. You got so much time, like all of us here got like 50 or 60 good years left to trade crypto. Like, that's amazing. I mean, you can't even imagine what bitcoin's going to be at in 12 years. You can't even imagine it. So it's like, make sure you own some long term, make sure your kids have some long term, make sure you buy 20 bucks worth a week, long term, whatever. And then there are going to be some crypto projects that will explode. And I don't know what those are right now. I have a few guesses of things that could happen, but my only guesses are I go through the whole coinbase chart. I sent everybody the watch list. I go through that watch list and I look for the strongest performers. That's all I do. I'm going through, looking for the strongest performers. And when I say strongest performance, what that means is the stock, the cryptos that are. When everything else is down a bunch, those are either up a little bit or they're chart in general look stronger than the other charts.
Mj, can you talk a little bit more about stronger?
Yep, I will, absolutely. So let's go, let's go look at some examples of stronger. And again, just as a reiteration, I do spend time on these, right? Just, just research. Like I have typed in what does, and I've put in every crypto imaginable. And I typed in do what is, what is uniswap. Do I watch four or five videos and generally I don't understand, by the way, like 98% of crypto. I'm like, I don't know what any of this means. And they say fun words. And again, guys, I've told everyone, like, I'm not the smartest cookie in the jar, which means if I can't understand what something does, I'm probably not gonna be in it. Like, I'm not gonna be in a lot of it. You can, you can always have your flyers just in case, but I'm not gonna put any sizable amount of money into something that I don't understand what it does. All right, so that being said, what does relative strength look like? So let's go look at. Solana really quick. SOL USD. And what I'm looking for to see what does a stronger crypto look like is as you're going through your daily charts and you're using your 100 and 200 simple moving averages, right? We talked about those last week. I want to know what does each crypto look like compared to the other cryptos? All right, what does this crypto look like compared to some of the other ones? So let's just do a fast example. Take a quick screenshot in your mind of this chart. Looks like it's going to go down a little bit to me. Possible double top here, bull candle closing below the hundred. I bet if you pull up a 10 EMA, we're all gonna know what it's gonna look like, right? There's your bull candle below the 10 EMA, possible double top below the 100. So this looks like it's gonna probably go down a little bit. And again, if we can buy some salon at 130, I would if I were you. All right, so that being stated, now let's go look at Matic, which is also on my chart. Now, Matic, is it above or below its long term moving averages? And the answer is, obviously it's, it's below. We can all see that. So if you want to, if you want to make sure that you're right, type into the chat pane which one is stronger, which one has a stronger trend, which one has more relative strength. Yeah, you got it. So Sol has more relative strength. That's how I determine it. And that's a very, very, very important thing to do. So when the overall market is down, When I say overall market, I really mean bitcoin and Ethereum. When bitcoin and Ethereum are down, AKA they're having nice red days, I will go look for kind of like today, what's green? So this exact second bitcoin and ether down. Anytime bitcoin ethereum are down, everything else is going to be down more. Look at this guy. Down 14%, right? Other things are going to be down more when bitcoin ethereum are down always. All right, so then I will go look for what's up. That's step, that's step two. Like what, what is up relative. And then I go look at those charts on the daily and the weekly and I just go look at what is stronger. So let's go look at quant, which I have some of. I did buy some Quant down here is below the 100 and 200 on the daily. It's below the 100 on the weekly. But it's at a, it's at a support where we've bounced off of before. And this one is supposed to be one of the 40 other thousand crypto that AI will use for its payment to itself. Now, if you haven't sat down, think how are robots going to pay themselves for all their work they're going to do in 20 years? I don't know what you're doing with your Saturdays, right? Like, what do you do all Saturday morning? Kidding, but not kidding. That's coming, right? AI is coming. Quick tangent because I haven't slept a bunch, so my brain's everywhere. I was sitting down to dinner with a gentleman by the name of Reverend doctor Reverend Michael Beckwith. And he's like a spiritual counselor. One of my dudes love the guy, but he's a very, very much. Like there's a, there's a spectrum of weird, right? And me and my wife are pretty far on that spectrum. I think most of you, if you've ever experienced me and my wife, like, yeah, they're, they're on the weird spectrum. Well, Beckwith is like the spectrum. You know what I'm saying? Like, he is, he is the whole thing. Like, he is a weird guy in relation to what we think about what we talk about, what we believe and what we experience. So I was having dinner with them and there's other people there. It wasn't just me and my wife. There were like 12, 15 other people. And everyone's asking Dr. Reverend Michael Beckwith, who was on the movie the Secret. They're asking him like really, really big, huge crazy questions, right? Like, what's the difference between a female God and a male God? What's like, what do you think heaven looks like? What does the soul look like? Huge questions. And he's answering them and it's fascinating. I'm loving it. I'm like, this guy's just trying to have dinner, dude. Like, he's, he's hungry, okay? He's trying to eat. So I'm over there and I pull up with hey man, what's your favorite movie? It's one of my go to lines because I like, I like to know. And this guy says the Matrix because I love documentaries, Bro. What an answer, dude. It took me by storm. I was like, wow. Wow. So anyway, I re watched the Matrix yesterday. I had a phone fast. It was awesome. Rewatched the Matrix as I'm rewatching I'm like, this is happening. Like this is gonna happen. They're already talking about AI whatever. 20 is year 2199. So it's like 150 years from now. How are robots going to pay themselves? Right? What type of currency are all the robots and AI is going to use? There's a lot of people are trying to figure that out in the crypto world. Quant one of the other 40,000 other ones that might could be possibly an exchange a certain AIs use to pay themselves because they're going to want to do, they're going to want to work for something. Would all, would all of you agree with that? So it's a conspiracy theory for sure. But you're all here for conspiracy theories from time to time. So I bought some quant as a support. We'll see if it bounces. It probably goes to zero. All right, Uniswap. I do know what uniswap does, but compared to the, the hundred weekly, is this one stronger or weaker than quant? The answer is stronger because it's above the 100 on the weekly. Right. Quant's below, you know, swap is above. So unit swap is already a little bit stronger relatively speaking because it's above the weekly. Now if I go back to the daily. Let's go back to the daily long terms, you'll kind of notice that it looks a little bit like Salana. Now the reason I do like Unis Swap is this is a big exchange. It's a big wallet. A lot of people use it and it's, it provides, it provides a sketchy place for people to do sketchy things with crypto. That's what Unis Swap does. And anyway, so there, there's some value to this one. I don't think this is going to go to zero for a while. It could, but it'll probably be a little bit. Again, it's definitely fun to trade. And imagine like if you had bought it at 6. You know, it went up to 12. I mean that's 100 return. It probably pulls back down to 6 at some point. It's very, very possible. And then I'd probably buy some down there and then see if it bounces. So that's how I look for relative strength. Any questions on that? It really is. Look at Bitcoin, Ethereum and then just go review everything else to see if anything goes up or down. I posted some of those in the chat pane recently and it was these 2. API 3. No clue what they do. Can't figure it out. Watch the videos. No idea. API 3, notice how it's above the 100, 200 on the daily. Now this, we all know this because we're all very smart. We're all great traders. Let's go back four days. This is, this, this is the stuff that's exciting, team. This is why I'm teaching you crypto. I'm spending a lot of time on crypto. This is so fun to me. Look at this little pattern right here. Okay, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 bulls in a row. So we have five bull candles in a row. You're above the 100 on the daily. You have a triple bottom thing down here. And you also probably can see some kind of wave structure, most likely. So imagine if you said, okay, cool, I think it's probably going to pull back and retest. This old resistance is new support. So what could you do? Imagine, and I did not do this trade because these happen on crypto every week, every week on some coin somewhere. You just got to do a little bit of research. You gotta spend an hour on the weekends. You know, if an hour on the weekends is worth your time, let me know. But you, you do some research and you're like, oh, wow, this is, this is stronger relatively than everything else. Look how high it is above the hundred and two hundred on the daily. Most cryptos are below 100 and 200 on the daily. Like dramatically. This is three days ago. So you're going, you're doing some research and you're like, oh, wow. And so your, your analysis is, let me, let me set a limit. Buy with no stop loss at $3 and 2 cents with $10,000.
Right?
10K on API 3, whatever the heck this is. And then poof, it trades down limit buy filled. The next day. You could have sold that for 15%. Like that is awesome. You know, it's really, that is really fascinating to me that you go out, find some things that are relative strength Isn't that cool, Eric? Like 15% off of, you know, whatever. $10,000 is still 1500 bucks. Quick little buy and sell at 3, sell at 340, you know. Now if you're like, Jeremy, how would you have known that it's that you should sell at 340? You don't necessarily. But again, just go into the percentage basis. Like, if I'm comfortable making 30% in like a year, that, that's always my focus, my whole portfolio, like my mindset is try to make 30% a year off of my whole net worth in trading in the liquid markets. My goal is make 30 a year. So when we take the big account, we whittle everything down to the currency that we're trading, whatever that amount is, and you're like, all right, cool, if I can make 30 a year. If you're up 15 in a day, right? Do some math. Eventually, like this. Obviously, it's not on your whole portfolio. You're not, you're not putting 180 grand into whatever this API3 is and then popping it up into here. You're never going to do that. I get it. But if you have 180 grand and you got $20,000, it's in crypto markets, and you're like, okay, cool. Out of that $20,000 in crypto markets, if I double it in a year, that's another $20,000 of that $20,000 on 180 grand, that's 10%. So that means you only need to make 20% doing other things, doing other markets to get your 30%. So it is really cool. I totally agree, Steve. It's a really, really cool concept. But just, just be aware that ultimately this stuff is available to all of us. So this one does have cool relative strength. And then this one still does. Actually, this is. I'm, I'm probably going to pick some of this up today. Bio Economy, literally zero idea what they do. Looked it up, can't figure it out. No idea, but good relative strength. Now, today it's down more than everything else. But it was up big yesterday. And I think they hear me talking about it. Look at that. It already is interacted with 100. They hear me talking about this thing. This is where I would have picked some up right there at the 100 and probably a little bit of the 200. If you go to the weekly chart again, you're above 100 on the weekly and look how much room is potential for it to, you know, pop up into. It has some room to Go. It had really good volume yesterday. The volume spikes look pretty good. So again, that's what I'm looking for is I am, I'm just looking for general things that are, that are relatively strong versus some of the other positions that are out there. And that's how I look at relative strength. So so far we've talked about currency pairs, what to what you can buy with what, where you can buy it with what, what cryptos are unique, how you can go and look at the overall circulation, the market cap, the white paper, how I do some research. Obviously, like my boy Eric said, you can just scroll through the, the watch list here and just find one that looks interesting. So now let's go look and analyze 0x for Eric. And what he noticed was 0x. Go ahead, MJ.
Jeremy, just for some clarity, when, when you were talking, talking about the relative strength. Right, so what you're looking for is coins that have higher relative strength and are interacting with the 100 daily or weekly to find.
They don't have to be. Yeah, they don't. They don't have to be. But just that's, that's how I base my relative strength on is. I'm looking at the daily weekly charts using the 100, 200 on everything. And then depending on if there are cryptos that are above versus below, the ones that are above versus below, I'm going to view the ones that are above. Those long term moving averages are stronger.
Okay. So within those, you're gonna look for what's a good, what looks like a good entry point with the candle.
Yes, ma'. Am. Okay.
Thank you.
My pleasure. My pleasure. Thanks for, thanks for asking. Like, this was a good one the other day. I don't even know what it is. No clue. No idea. Look at this absolute monster of a move. Guys, this is silly. Now, if you spend 17 seconds, I mean, comparing this bad boy to the other crypto markets, right? It was, you know, boring into here and then just like my girl, man, Julia said right here, it has a big breakout. Go look at this. Compared to Bitcoin, Ethereum and everything else, it's down. All the other cryptos were down. This was up. Now guess who missed all of this move? I did. I suck. It's Japan's crypto coin. Ah, well, there you go. That's cool to know a double by 500 bucks on it a while back. That's my girl. Well done. Sweet. So, yeah, I think, I mean, this one was from a relative strength standpoint, this was a big one. Now would all of you like to know how to back trade crypto. Of course you do. Bar replay. Same exact way. Because what I do is I will still, just like in stocks, this is all candles and technical analysis, risk reward and second grade math. Right. Family. We're never going to get past that. It's all basic stuff. I'm going to go back in time and I'm going to review what did this chart look like before it absolutely stormed. And do you get the most obvious setup in the world? And the answer is yes. Right. Multiple month consolidation, Tom. Multiple bounce off the hundred sma. Beautiful. Big, big candles. Gorgeous volume. And how many bear candles in a row? Not one, but two. And the second one looks like what? Very indecisive. Big upper shadow. Big lower shadow. Tons of indecision. Tom, would you like to bet that it's above the 10 EMA? It is. So there. So you have a 10 EMA play big volume, break out of a channel. Now, I'm captain Hindsight over here, right. I didn't take this trade, but I did see it at the time it was happening. This is true. I did. I was like, man, this thing has really good relative strength. I could have taken a breakout. Right? I mean, this is, this is a boop entry there. Concern zone is here. But again, I don't have a stop loss, so I'm just hoping it goes higher and it would have or slash it did. So that, that's again, just. This one still has really good relative strength because it is above and it is higher than pretty dramatically. All the other cryptos like it's, it's a good little mover right now. So just throwing that out there. That, that one is one that's higher. So going into 0x. Let's go look at 0x on the weekly chart. Zerx on the weekly. So we have fail the 200 simple. All right, so we got the 200 simple here acting as a resistance. We'll got the 100 acting as a support. Go into the daily chart. And we can also see that we have a some level of support resistance here. And you can see that we bounce off there two or three times. Now, I know a lot of you are very familiar with this strategy. Just as a super small reminder, the pyramid, let's go through a Pyramid example on 0x where we have a $5,000 risk unit. So we go, okay, if this stock goes to zero, how much am I losing? 5k. Okay. All right, so that's your risk unit. You got $5,000 risk and you're going to build a pyramid with $5,000. Your pyramid is going to look like this. Boom. Right there's your entry. 1, 2, 3, 4. And your stop loss is zero. So we're going to go through the levels really quick again, just as a practice because all, most of you probably all know how to do this. But we're gonna, we have our risk of $5,000, which is the amount that you choose these lines, you're going to choose the prices you're gonna. But really, again, based on what we talked about last week, we're not doing anything special. The, the other two lines that we have here. This one we're just basing off of this visual support that we have. This one we're bank. We're basing off of the 100 on the weekly. And the others we just have a level just in the middle. So now we have four orders. Since those orders are lower than the current stock price, we're going to be doing a limit buy. Keep in mind I do this type of trade very, very, very often in crypto. Like 98% of the time. I'm doing my limit orders in a pyramid fashion with an absolute zero. And it's gonna be pretty simple, right? We have, we know our risk, 5,000. We know how many entries we have four. Type into the chat page, true or false. You're choosing how many entries you have. You could have two, you could have five. You could have 16. You could have one. Yes. So it's all true. So you're going to take your 5,000 since, since you have no stop loss, your risk is zero. Your risk is it goes to zero. So 5,000 divided by four is 1250. And you're going to take 1250 and you're going to divide that number by each entry price. So 1250 divided by each entry, this is your pyramid, right? 1250 divided by 0.4367. I normally just go four decimal places. 1250 divided by 0.4013 and so on and so forth. Okay, 1250 divided by 0.33194. That's the last one. And so once you do those calculations are going to come up with how many 0x you need to be purchasing. So the Last one is 3913. Okay, 3913, which I would round up to how much you had to guess 4k. I'm going to round up the 4k. So I buy $4000 worth of 0x at.3194, 4000 total 0x coins, which will be a little bit more than 1250. And again, after commissions that, you know, might be a smidge More than 5,000 if I round up on every single position. But that means that this has to go to zero for you to lose your risk unit. However much your risk unit is, this is a very, very nice little way to do some crypto trading because you got your four orders. Newsome. What happens if it trades down to here and then pops back up to your resistance? Well, you're up 36% on $2,500. Would you sell it? Yep. Click, sell and do it again or find another one. And here's the best part. Crypto markets are never going away. They're going to be here forever. And a lot of these, some of these coins will go to zero. Some of them will survive, some of them won't. But if you're actively getting in, buying and selling and creating some positions and creating some capital and then taking that capital and buying some bitcoin with it, longer term, I think you're going to be. I know you'll be just fine. Steve's been doing that for like two and a half years. Just buying some bitcoin on repeat. He's, he's quite happy with it. So any questions on the pyramid? How I structured it? Any thoughts on that? Steve says, I wish it was more size. We always want it to be more size when. When it's winning. That's true. It's very true. Well said. Well said. When it's winning, we always want more science. Okay, well, there we go. So there's your answer, Eric. For 0x, that's exactly how I would trade it personally. And I will throw that into the WhatsApp group so that we all have that chart just so that you have it going forward. And I'll do that trade with you just like that on Zero X. Okay, there we go. Cool. All right. Lastly, my girl Catherine had a great question. So pull up that once you all showed. I took a screenshot of this two in the morning. All right. Can you cover fund account positives, negatives, things to be careful of, your thoughts on them and the best ways to manage them. How do you cope with losses? Is there anything you can share to help deal with losses that come with trading? And this was a good question, Catherine. That kind of spiked my. Spiked the brain. I was like, let's talk, let's do some trader psychology a little bit this week, the week after. So I'm going to walk through that portion of it because really, that question is the same with this question. Now, I will answer it since we're here, but the answer is, do your best not to care. The way I do it is I sit down anytime I lose, and I try my absolute best to go through two exercises. Exercise number one, I imagine who I gave my money to. So I pick a friend, I pick a face. I pick someone I know. I go, all right, well, there's always the ability for people to have different positions. I took one position, Someone else in the world took another. If I lost money, I gave that money to someone else. So you can pick someone from this beautiful phone call, right? Pick Joe. So if you lose money on a trade, just imagine that you gave it to Joe, that she was taking the other position, and that she beat you, and you get to go, all right, well, hey, at least I gave my money to Joe. And I like Joe. She's really nice. So that helps me because it's like, I picture another person, and I'm never mad when someone that I like and I'm like, hey, I just recycled money. I gave some of the money to them. It was a donation. They outplayed me in this poker hand today. Great job, Joe. Now, is that always successful? No, I tr. I try to do that sometimes. I. I say some expletives that rhyme with French fries, and I. I try again on another trade. But I do, 95% of the time, try my best to get into a state of gratitude, into a state of happiness, into a state of abundance. The 5% that I fail to do that, and I go take another trade. In those 5% moments and situations, I asked myself, what is worst case scenario? All right, so you lost on this trade, and what if you lose on every single trade going forward? Every single one of them, Catherine, you can't touch. You couldn't make money if you were given the future. Like, you suck. All right, when do I. When is my max loss? All right, what's worst case scenario? And in that worst case scenario, what do I do? What happens? What happens to my family? What happens to my money? What happens to my house? What happens to my kids? And I go through the amount of money that I would lose in order to get to that level. And I ask how. What would I be doing in my life and how bad would it really be? And what I end up realizing is it's generally never that bad. Like, it. It. So unless you had a million dollars, you lose half of it. You're like, all right, so I'm at 500,000. Okay, I'd still be in the house. I'd be upset, but I'd still be alive. My family was to love me. I might have to sell my car. Maybe, maybe not. I don't know. Don't like it that much anyway. Yeah, I'd have the same life I have now. And then I realized that my worst case scenario is my current life. I just move on. That's usually what happens. Yeah. And that's the cool realization. It's like, wait a minute, I. I'm in my worst case scenario. It can only be better. Wow. Okay. Crazy. So that's, that's how I do it. Hopefully that'll work for some of you. I promise. If you, if you actually interact with that mind thought process, it does help a lot. You can go as dark or as high or as light as you want in the what's your worst case scenario? But again, you, you really, really will end up figuring out that it's generally not that bad that we can always go make more money. Now let me spend some time answering this question. I love funded accounts for trying practicing new markets, new new time frames, new moving averages, new exchanges. Anything that's new or new or, or kind of more new, I love doing with funded accounts. Love them. I have definitely spent a good 20, $30,000 on fund accounts in my life. Probably maybe a little bit more if I'm really. But really sit down and look at it. But the reason is because I, I can't learn with fake money. It's not even worth. It's literally not even worth my. I can't. I don't know. I don't know. Maybe you guys are like that. I, I can't. I don't know why fake money doesn't work. I have to lose. I have to have the emotions I need to be in the game. Otherwise, I just don't care. Joe. Yes, you can. That's what's cool. Yeah. Apex allows Bitcoin and E. It allows both. Yep. Also, you can do futures and you can also do forex. So that's why I like it because. Yeah, Catherine, like, you know, spend a thousand bucks or a couple hundred dollars or whatever, and I'm just there kind of learning. I'm like, well, you know, it's, it's the, my, my version of the world is. It is the cost of tuition, it's the cost of learning. I don't have personally the mindset of. And maybe this is right, maybe this is wrong. I don't have the mindset of. Let me go get this Account funded so that I have so much more money. Because you can do that with the money that you already have and it can, it can mostly be yours, right? Because there are ways to. Again, in your case, right, you, you get funded, you could take $200,000 of your own money and go to a prop firm and they'll give you 50 times leverage on it. So you don't need to go get the $200,000 from a funded account. Like you can just go take your $200,000, which you got because you're loaded and you take your 200000 and you just go leverage it. If. I'm not saying you should, I'm just saying if you wanted to, because money grows on trees. Like there's so much. The money is not ever the problem. I tell people that and they're like, it is newsome. I hate when you say that. It's like, I know, I know you don't like when I say that, but it's really not the problem. Like you can go get the money, the money is there. It might not be on the terms you want and it might not be the exact way that you want, but the money is definitely there. You can go get the money. So I, I really like them. The expectation of me getting a funded account and blowing it UP is like 99% because again, it is so little money that I also don't really care about it either. Again, that's probably a negative, but I care about larger sums of money than I do smaller amounts of money. I don't, as my dad say, my dad was, he said that I'm a pennywise and a dollar foolish. So my dad said, like he knows how to pinch pennies, but you know how to make dollars. I try my best to not trip over a dollar to pick up a penny. So, meaning like I don't, I don't worry about the hundreds or thousands ish of dollars that I'll spend on a funded account. I get to fund an account really to learn how they work, learn what the product is, learn what the program is and learn how to interact with the market and generally, generally, at least with the United States right now. And you're in a great position because you're in Australia. So you and, and my Canadians too, if you're in Canada or Australia, you can do anything with a funded account. Like you can trade stocks, you can trade crypto, you can trade futures, you can trade forex. In the US as of current, you can only trade futures, forex or crypto. But I. I still will only interact with a funded account at its lowest level. I can lose is my investment. I will not ever, ever, ever, ever, ever sign paperwork where I can lose more money than what I put in. So as long as your fund account has those limitations, thumbs up for me. Whereas, like, you can't. This is. This is it. Nothing else. Yeah. Joe says don't think we can do stocks depending on the funded account. That's also true. Yeah, some. Some of the accounts themselves might just not have that capacity or ability. Does that answer your question, Katherine? And. Or do you have any other questions? I know you probably have some more specific, like, direct questions potentially, but I'd like to know if. If that answers your thoughts.
Yeah, no, it does. And I guess it's more so for learning than for actually making money from.
Yeah, correct. Correct at le. At least for me it is. I absolutely. I use it as a learning environment because I'm me and you both, Katherine. We're not gonna learn with fake money. We're just not. I want to put a little bit of skin in the game. Yep.
Okay. Yeah. Thank you.
Absolute pleasure. My pleasure. My pleasure. All right, sweet. So we did talk about this a little bit. A little bit last week, but again, with unique time zones, I want you to have fun with it. Some of this, I still use the same strategies. Right. I still use the same tragedies, but with the 24 hour markets, have one or two higher time frames that you base out your decisions off of. Do one smaller time frame and then only trade the trend that is present on all three time frames. Now, with 24 hour markets, it is so fun and cool and exciting for each and every one of you to come up with your own time frame and just analyze it and trade it and play it and have a chart and have it as it. Have it as a setting. So what? Again, what I mean by that is go look at 0x and let's look at the revolutionary 21 minute chart. The good old 21 minutes. Right. I'm gonna click enter and then we're gonna go look at again, just for giggles, the 105 and the 208 moving average. The good old. You guys haven't heard about the 105 and the 208. Oh, my goodness. So again, just coming in and playing with numbers, right? Why not? You're allowed to do this. It's free. So I'll pull it up and I look at. Does it change anything for me? No, not really. Other than knowing here's A resistance. And it probably trades back up into here, pauses for a little bit and then most likely goes down at some stage. If we get a close above here, then I would say to myself, okay, well I know where I would put in some limit orders and I can. This could be an alert. This could be something that I put in my calendar and remind myself, which is like 95% of my trades. So often I go in, I do analysis, I set the trade up, I put it in my calendar, I tell myself, hey Newsome, go look at this particular chart to see if anything is setting up or have like a time block for myself and do some. Go look at these five tickers. And I just go through and look at them again. Maybe I kept something, maybe I don't. But that would be an example of the good old, the good old 21 minute 105, 208 moving average. What a, what a powerful combo that is. All right, let's go look at Ethereum with the same right eth with the 105208 on the 21 minute. Look at that failure of the 208 EMA. Oh yeah. Why does that work so perfectly? Because every time frame imaginable is traded, that's why. Here are my three moving average entries for ETH 3634, 24 and 33333. This are my three pyramids for some Ethereum. I'll show you where I got those. So back to my long term moving averages and back to the. Was it a three hour, the six hour three hour chart? Yeah, three hour chart. So here's a three hour chart. I was doing this, this, this trade hit. When, when did we look at everything? Last Thursday. Yeah, Thursday. So this was like Friday night. All right, we just, we start doing the analysis here. So again I'm not up a lot on that position obviously, but I still snagged nice little level on the three hour chart. Again, this is the same time frame I told you guys about on Thursday. I use a three hour chart a lot in crypto. I use moving averages and fib numbers a lot. Joe says will random moving averages work as well on the highly used cryptos? They do, yep. Super random moving averages. You're welcome to just pull them up because it's free, right? It doesn't cost anything, so you can always just. I wonder where the 512 moving averages on the six hour chart. Well that sounds fun. Let's go do it. I wonder where that is. 512. Let's go check out the six hour. Okay. 512. Look at that. And take this one off for a second. Hide. There's the fi. The good old 512. So 3295. Look how well. Look how well this thing worked. Boom, boom, boom. But notice that I'm trying to buy near there. Keep in mind I never looked at this moving average in my entire life. There's just numbers that popped in my head. One of the other secret little newsome things that I will share with a lot of you is I do love number iteration. And that's always kind of been my. My thing, if you will. So when I say number iteration, if I get the chance to buy it all twos, sell it all threes, buy it all fours, sell it all fives, buy it all ones. Like buy it 12. 12. You know, any number that looks fun, buy it. Oh, man. If I can buy something 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. I feel like a genius. For sure. 100%. I'm like, oh my gosh, you could buy it 1, 2, 3, 4. So just play with your numbers. But those iterations, I love those. I think that's so much fun. If I show you. This is always in a forever thing. And I've. I told people this. Steve will remember, but I always, always will buy Ethereum at 1776 anytime it comes down there. Because that's America's birthday, baby. So anytime we get down there, if and when we did, I bought me a decent chunk of ETH at 1776. I bought some at all twos, bought some at all threes just recently. One of those pulling back. Let me do it again. Look at this. 512 moving average is almost at all twos right now. 2, 2, 2. 3.55. So anyway, that's a small little thing. Have fun with it. I did that with Chipotle also, since we're talking.
Jeremy, are you still holding that Ethereum that you bought at 222?
Yes, ma'. Am.
So that's not on your just 30% return. You have a different.
Yeah, I. I want to know. Let's see if you can guess my ultimate target for Ethereum, which is where I will sell 99 of my ETH7000. Close. Almost too close. That's a little spooky. How old you.
Seven.
Seven.
Seven, seven.
That's it. That is in my brokers right now is all sevens. Seven, seven. Seven, seven seven is my big, big, big target for Ethereum. It will get there questions when it's not if. Yeah.
So one more quick question.
Oh, you're good.
So on some things you have a strategy of, okay, it's gone up 30%, I'm out, and on others, you have a hold. Is that like your main Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, that you have that strategy and the others are all 30%, correct?
Correct, exactly. Only Bitcoin and Ethereum, those are my two long terms. I trade everything else. I don't. I don't care. I won't own anything else. Quickly, long term, for. For right now, I will sell any of it, really, for any percent if I need the money. Like if, if. So a bridge loan came across my desk on Thursday night, so I had to sell some of my crypto Thursday night because I was going to fund that bridge loan on Friday. And so I sold some link because I was up on it 15%. Not a lot better than zero though, right? So I will look through some positions sometimes to go, okay, cool. Boom. How to sell it. Sold it and funded the bridge loan. So ultimately, you're absolutely right. I will sell anything else for profit, any profit, if I need the money. Otherwise, that 10 to 30% range, Tom, is my bread and butter. For all other cryptos. Of course, if there's a big moving average or something in the way, an obvious moving average, I'll just sell there. And if that moving average is 50, 60, 80, 100% away, kind of like what we talked about on perpetual protocol the other day, I'll target for that as an. As a, A target. Like if it's just a beautiful big area to trade into. Like, you're like your Japanese coin, right? You made 100 return on it. Because there was just nothing in the way, probably when you bought it, there was no moving averages. There was nothing. So it's like, hey, let it ride for a little bit. But you also, we're not gonna have tons and tons and tons of money in those either until we build up our crypto positions, our crypto portfolios, and then we can start throwing more money at these positions. Right, But I totally agree with you. For a long term, Ethan, Bitcoin or it. Absolutely everything else, I will trade in and out of no question. No, no fear, no problem.
Thank you.
Yeah, you're welcome. And this, I mean, this weekly chart too. Look, just looking at Ethereum looks so nice. Look at these. High wave candles, bear Kels Closing above the 10. We can all hope we get one of these if this keeps happening. And again, I. I am expecting that to happen. By the way, end of the year, I'm My plan is we get a good push. So keep being patient. Make sure you're in some bitcoin and litecoin, sorry, bitcoin, Ethereum. And you can definitely be buying some litecoin here. At 79, it's a great purchase. And the longer this keeps building sideways pressure and the longer it keeps holding this all time high on bitty, the better for all of us. Because when bitcoin moves, when granddaddy bitcoin wakes up and starts stretching his legs, everything else will go as well. It's just the way it works. But the longer we can hold this all time high and just keep pushing and grinding and staying above these averages without a crazy, like cataclysmic fall, the better. I still think there's a really good possibility. Bitcoin gets down to like 62 to 61, something like that before it's next really, really big push. So it doesn't mean you have to buy more, but it does mean that if you're like, hey, I have some, some savings. I want to buy some bitcoin and leave it alone and buy some Ethereum. Leave it alone. I think that's a great idea. And also, mj, I will sell bitcoin and ethereum, but I only sell those at new highs. Like new all time highs. Big, big numbers. I'm gonna sell eight bitcoin at all. Eights. Eight, eight, eight, eight, eight. So again, just weird. Again, be a wizard, ladies and gentlemen. Have a little bit of fun with this. It's a brand new market. You are smart enough to come up with your own. You can always ask me if you have any questions about any particular coin position or setup. That's what I'm here for. We got five minutes left. Does anyone have any stock questions, position questions, setup questions? Anything you want to review before we dip out? Got plenty of time. I don't have anything after this, so. Nvidia, what we got on it? Jeremy, what you doing? I haven't even looked at it. I just know that it's split. It split? Yep, it did split. So there's gonna be some people are gonna be scared a little bit on it. It had a nice, nice pump. Again, my belief, dude, my personal opinion, it'll go up a little bit higher, but it's gonna have a nice little pullback. And that's where you want to buy it? That's kind of what I was thinking as well. Yeah. Yeah. So, Nvidia. I love me some Nvidia long term, but people are going to wake up to all These additional shares and like why do I have so many shares of Nvidia? And they're going to sell them because they had a split and yeah, they have more shares for a lower price now.
So you were saying to hold. So the good time to get out then and then look for the dip.
To buy back in. Yeah, right. It was hold into the split and then post split. I think it's going to go like this is, this is almost always the case like 99.999% of the time you're going to have a run up into the split and then a sell off after the split. Very, very, very, very frequently. Now at this stage you're gonna have at least 100 shares. I mean Eric's got too many to count. Eric, what's the strategy again where you can create an unusable position and get paid to do so? Collar. So if you got at least 100 shares, ladies and gentlemen, you can also get yourself into a nice collar because there's a zero chance you're gonna losing on this thing. So you could do a 130, you know, 110, whatever your cost basis is. Collar for end of June, mid July and sail into the sunset because this will come down at some point. I mean, I think this is a wave five anyway. So we're gonna have, we're going to have a pullback at some stage. This is too hot. The story is too hot. We're too high. I'm, I'm happy to make money on it as it slowly curves up, but it needs a little bit of a pullback Apple. I'm in a collar on Apple for July and I might get called away, which I'm very happy about. This will be kind of crazy. Apple is going to make a new all time high before the end of the month. We're having a power surge off of. Look at this, Jeremy. I mean off of the most. Obvious level of all time. Right. Oh my gosh, that's so good. So good. So Apple's just doing what Apple's doing right now. It's going to make a new all time high before the end of the month, probably 201, 203, 204 and then I'll have a small little pullback basic based on today's movement. Go up a little bit higher and probably have a slight pullback. This is a shave top candle. So we're going to do most likely a quick little push and another little dip. That's probably, that's probably the next week and a half is that little pattern right there. They're going to announce their AI Strategy today. Oh, my gosh. AI People are asleep on Apple right now. So hard with their AI they just forgot about them. They're like, who's Apple? Like, you morons. You're sleeping on Apple, dude. Come on, dude. Don't ever sleep on Apple. Yeah, I got a question. Yep. Hit me, brother. Crowds, crowd strike. Gapped way up. It's getting. Announcement Is getting added to that S and P. What's getting taken off or taken off or do you know? Because, I mean, they have to be taking something off to good for crowdstrike. Oh, dude. This is an absolute scorcher of a buy. It's got. Look at. But look at this. Bear cannibals capping above E Bones. Yeah. And it has about 2. Almost 3% short float shares. Do you think that's enough to let her rip? Huh? Yeah, I. I will play this one with you. I'm gonna watch because we had a trader get stuck in a little bit of a bad position on this one. I'm gonna be buying off of these highs high of it because it is a retest gap. Yeah. I'm looking to their earnings a little bit today. Tomorrow just kind of go through some of them. But I want to buy a little bit of a pullback. But this will go higher. Yeah, this will go into the four hundreds almost for sure. Because I can show you the last stock that got added to the S P was Uber, and it got added. All right, Jeremy. See you, brother. I'm. Feel free to quote me on this. I'm 97 sure it was that day right there. December 4th. So I think take. Take that chart replay, and you're probably gonna get very. Almost the exact same thing in CrowdStrike. Okay. See, that re. That retest could be several days from now or today. I don't know. Look at. Just ripping right now. Yeah. Several days from now. I mean, I'll. I'll still have my limit orders lower, but this is a very, very strong gap. It will go higher. Yes. There's a lot. Look at all these bears trapped right here. Yeah. Tons of bears. So, yeah, it's gonna. It's gonna have a little bit of a push. This could be a good stock to get into a debit spread on. Mm. Remember those? Yeah. Maybe a 400, 450 for October. So that if we keep soaring, awesome. But if we get that little rotation in something like that, then we can buy the close to 450, maybe for a profit, maybe not. But yeah, 400, 450 October debit spread could be really nice. It's a great gap. Very strong, great village. Well, thanks. My pleasure. Anyone else, boys and girls? Anything else? Armin, how you doing, big guy? Anything to look at? Yeah. Could we look at bitcoin cash? Yeah, we can, baby. Bch. Yes, you're thinking about it. So what I've been seeing is like, whenever bitcoin makes a new high, like all time high, where it just goes higher and consolidates, that's when bitcoin cash keeps going higher. It moves with bitcoin, but then when bitcoin makes a move and then it just consolidates in that zone, that's when bitcoin cash, it goes like 20, 30, 40% more higher. Yeah. Bitcoin cash is more volatile for sure. I'm. I'm generally still surprised that it's still around, truthfully. But, yeah. This is for those of you who are wondering. This is a spin off of bitcoin, obviously, if you. Maybe it's obvious, maybe it's not, but yeah, this was a spin off of the original and I agree with you. Yeah, it is a very, very volatile little thing. Again, I still think most cryptos are gonna have a little bit more of a pullback in June, but then July lies and it look really good. This is probably another one that I would pyramid into without kind of dip down a little bit into like that 370 region. And then like you said, when bitcoin does have a pop, this will probably, from a volatility standpoint, have a bigger actual move. Right? Yeah. Bitcoin cash. Go look at the day trade list really quick. If you guys got a jet. I know cat's got to go to sleep. It's like midnight over there for her. I'm just looking at some stuff. Shopify. I'm in. Oh, good gap on amd. Really good gap on it. Okay, that's super nice. Coinbase. Good gap on Coinbase Square. Good gap on Square. And Tesla is flat. When's Tesla gonna break, Guys, come on. Your boy's been doing nothing. Like just sitting, like, inside day, inside day, inside day. Good grief. Still a good place to buy it, though. It's still low. All right, I'll be back Thursday. A small reminder post. Any charts, any questions? Ultimately, your homework is get me your top five best trading habits. What makes you special in trading? I'd love to know.
