Having a trusted network to collaborate with, you know, being able to help some of the others in the network and being open to be helped. And of course, just, you know, some of the wisdom that you bring and then the depth of your experience. It's incredible, you know, some of the learnings and anecdotes from the biggest projects that you've worked on, you know, the World Cup, you know, Airbus, Emirates, really useful because they are such big and complex transformations. I think there's a lot of lessons for all of us to learn. And that's really useful. And also the, you know, our weekly calls, Sometimes, you know, we, you know, I turn up and we talk about things that I wouldn't have otherwise thought of, but that are so useful. That's, that's huge. I love the masterminds that you've, the speakers that you've brought in as well. Again, venturing into diverse areas that are so useful in supporting some of the transformation and change initiatives we're working on, but, you know, not necessarily something that I would have ventured out looking for otherwise. So there's such a rich depth and breadth of information, of knowledge, and the individuals in this community are so good. I think they're all so open to sharing, so caring and aligned in purpose.
