What I've really learned from the past, like, 5 months that I've been at People Transformation is I've been a bit uncomfortable realizing there's actually a lot more that I can do. It just opened my eyes to a path to growth that I didn't see before. I used to think change management in a certain way and was almost like repeating a formula, when now I feel there's a lot more to it that I could be doing. So that's, to me, Really, the crux of the value is just really having this ability to grow much more than what I was probably expecting.
