But yeah, if I have any challenges I can bring into the table, we can discuss. And not only that, everyone, I think, in the People Transformation have a different expertise. So, it keeps me up to date with what's going on and some of the trends that I would not be aware of. So, it's almost like it's my eyes to the outside world.
