Dr. Jess Tayel credits TLI with shifting her outlook and practice. She values the community's commitment to meaningful transformation and TLI's willingness to constantly challenge the status quo rather than follow a rigid framework, adapting approaches as environments and mindsets change.

First, I think, like, just starting from what I felt differently since joining KLI, I feel like the conversations I've had with the community, I feel more optimistic seeing a growing network of people that are committed to meaningful transformation. It means that I have more confidence when I'm advocating for the things that I value. And the differentiating factor in particular from other places is that I know because at TLI we are always willing to challenge the status quo. It means that collectively we're constantly practicing and refining our approaches for deeper impact. So it's not like there's just like one set framework, and this is how you always do things. We're constantly in conversation with each other, bringing problems to the table, reflecting on how, on how the environment is changing, people's mindsets are changing, and what problems They have top of mind at the moment, and then refining what approach or what conversations to bring to the table. So it's, it's not a cookie-cutter approach. It's a very responsive, humane, and meaningful holistic approach to transformation. And that's what I think differentiates TLI from other places.
