I think I would describe TLI as a place of community and continuous learning. So you, you might expect to see in there a vast body of knowledge that is in there to guide you on how to elevate your practice, and that's certainly there, whether that's developing outcome clarity or building big picture thinking or creating alignment. But you also have talented members who you will have fascinating discussions with, which will help you evolve your worldview. So also Jess, we have you in TLI. You're always there to support us, but also challenge us as needed when we're bringing conversations or bringing assumptions to the table. You'll always have a way of asking us to step back, which I think is always helpful to then see the bigger picture and make better decisions. So I would say that overall, TLI helps me feel more connected with my values and more focused on my mission by being around people and conversations and knowledge and experience that basically shares that common ethos and worldview. So the more you're around the kind of people who want to do the same kind of work as you do, who want to have the same positive impact that you do, the more then you feel a renewed commitment to how you want to do things. So that is what TLI is for me.
