So I think like TLI is great for broadening your horizons and learning what good looks like. Hearing about other programs of work, what worked well, what didn't, influenced how I approached my projects. And also just even like the little things, observing you when we're in our discussions, not taking a question at face value, always digging in deeper till you've feel like you've hit the heart of the problem. So yeah, for me, the renewed commitment I had to my mission has come from joining TLI.
