A live masterclass on March 27th for change leaders on spoken communication. While AI has made writing easier, speaking remains underdeveloped in change work. The session covers delivery, stakeholder clarity, and handling toxic people who derail conversations.

Hi, on the 27th of March, I am running a live masterclass on mastering spoken communication for change and transformation leaders and senior practitioners. You might be asking, but why? AI has leveled the playing field when it comes to written communication. You're probably using AI, ChatGPT, Claude, whatever. And I am too, and it's really good. However, we know that in change and transformation, you are always in rooms where words matter the most. How is your spoken communication? And how is it giving you the positioning that you deserve, creating the clarity that your stakeholders need and giving them the structure that allows you to have a continued value for them. That's what this masterclass is about. Another part of this masterclass that I added was about dealing with toxic stakeholders. You know who I'm talking about. Those who diminish what you say, hijack the conversation, pretend as if they haven't heard anything from you, or Worse, hijack your ideas or shut you down, and you would be like, no words. And then what happens after that is that you keep replaying the same scenarios in your head over and over and over again, saying, why didn't I say that? Why did I become quiet? Why didn't I say that? Why did I become quiet? Why did I choose those words? That's what this masterclass is about. I cannot stress enough how spoken communication could be your weakest link, because I know you're good at what you do. Your written communication is excellent and a reflection of your expertise. Let's close the gap of the spoken communication. See you.
