not every leader is cut out for transformation because you need to be rocking the boat a bit. So if you've been in an organization for a long time and this is your comfort zone and you see that it's more of like a continuous improvement mindset, that's good in that space. But the transformation change space is different. It's a different space. We need to be able to really understand the problem really well and know where we're heading. I always come from a school of thought of Sharpen the saw before cutting the tree. Take the time to understand what is the problem or the opportunity that the organization is coming up against and really go root cause, really at the roots. What's really causing this to happen? Again, from the mindset of the next change must be faster and better.
