You know, you know, Jess, you know, you, you do share a lot of great content on LinkedIn, and, and that's amazing. But to really understand the holistic space of transformation, not just when you read an article, but really talk through it and understand all the other components, you can't do that just by reading you know, articles every week. You have to be part of a community that's actually deep diving into the content. You know, there's a particular route you have, it's called Go-To-Leader, and that had an immense impact on me in terms of shaping my understanding of transformation. Because oftentimes transformation is either seen in a silo, or it's either, you know, change management, you know, training and comms, or it's PMO, or it's, you know, just one thing, or is it And you helped us see the holistic point and also the mindset. I think we often think it's just about the doing, but actually to really enable that leadership mindset and to advance, you have to work on your mindset and you have to ask yourself, why am I doing this? Every step of the way, there's just these constant questions that come up that you really helped me understand and help me bring to life in my work. especially linked to clarity and outcomes. So you can't really get that by just reading by yourself. Being part of a community can really bring all those pieces, all the pieces together, because there's all like a puzzle. There's just different pieces, and then you want to bring it together to bring it to life really and bring the color out of your work. But if I were to also give like some tangible examples. You, you know, you really challenged me to not be afraid to share my point of view. I think a lot of the people that come to the Transformation Leadership Institute are people who've been in the space for years, so they have a point of view, they have something to share. You know, one doesn't have to, as you said, post on LinkedIn every week or several times a week. You know, it can be, you know, once every 2 weeks or once a month, or it can be on another channel, you know, but But sharing and being visible and engaging is something that I think you've really taught, or you are teaching the leaders to do more of, to be seen and heard, because the craft is— yeah, it's when you really hone this craft of transformation, it can be really great.
