What made you join the Transformation Leadership Institute

So what made me join is my hunger to grow. I'm very passionate about learning and growing and just progressing. I love that word. Progress is very much part of my DNA and who I am, and I just wanted to grow, and I just happened to notice a post from someone I knew from the wider network in this company that I was a part of. And I loved her posts. And I just reached out to her one day and I said, oh, how are you? And, you know, we just started chatting. And then she shared with me that she was part of the Transformation Leadership Network and that you'd had such a positive impact on her. And I thought, wow, is there really such a network, such a community? Actually, let's put network aside, a community. And I just felt her energy through that message. And she was so generous in sharing her experiences and what she got out of her time with you that I thought, oh, you know, let me look into this Transformation Leadership Institute and see if it could be a place for me to be part of, or maybe at a later stage. And then, yeah, that's how it all started. And then I reached out to you and we spoke. And there was, I believe, a connection in terms of values and also alignment on what you could help me with. So that was the reason why I joined, because passion for learning and advancing in my career, but also in myself personally, and being part of a like-minded community.
