I would say several, but if I were to pick out one particular value, it would be around community. I think never underestimate the power of community, especially a community of people who are driven to grow, driven to support each other. And one of the greatest values was definitely instantly I felt part of a community that understood me, that cared about the craft of transformation, were passionate about it, could see that it was so much more than communications and training, for example. So the community, that was a great value. And then also I would say being pushed to learn because you can be part of a community and just be on the sidelines. And I think there was a real encouragement from yourself. And also I saw it in the team as well to be part of the conversations, be part of the learning material and the coaching sessions and contribute and show up and be seen. So the value that has given me is doing it afraid, even if you don't feel like doing it, doing it afraid, but also, you know, being mindful of when you need to do it, but overall stepping out and being confident in what you're doing.
