In this segment of the "Women in Change: Global Movement" video, the speaker advocates for expanding the network into Australia and New Zealand. She argues that professionals in these markets bring a level of maturity and distinct perspectives that can enrich members worldwide. By linking Australian and New Zealand members with those in the UK, the Netherlands, and Canada, the network can foster genuine, original connections, friendships, and partnerships, enabling cross‑regional collaboration and market entry opportunities for women working in change.

Now, Australia and New Zealand, one of the motivations for that is that I feel the Australian market and people working in change have some maturity that I think that our members in other parts of the world could learn about. And I think that being on the other side of the world with different perspectives and views means that everybody will benefit and vice versa. I think the Australian and New Zealand members are going to be able to pull down on the experience and opportunities that, that operate in the UK or the Netherlands or Canada. And I think by listening to voices from all around the world, it will make it a truly genuine and original network of women. And I know friendships will sprout from it and partnerships. Maybe people working in Australia want to get into the UK market and vice versa. So there's an opportunity for people to work together.
