I think what we've been able to capture is the essence that women are changemakers as a natural ingredient of being a woman. We tend to be in all aspects of our life, whether professional or personal. We are driven to be changemakers. We are people that want to see the world in a different way and want to do things slightly differently. So I think that we're different because we offer a balance of online platform opportunities for people. And every day we see jobs advertised by people, or people asking, I've got this particular project, I'm stuck on this, how do I move forward? All the way through to just creating friendships and partnerships. And I think that because we do that balance between the platform and then live events, which are very different because our summits tend to be— we bring voices together that maybe don't normally get a platform. And there's a tendency in the UK that the same speakers appear at lots of different events and you get a little bit weary of that. So we go out deliberately searching for people who maybe haven't had a platform and whose voices will be really good for the community. We do our long lunches, which everybody loves the concept of sitting around a table and switching their seats every course. So we really maximize the networking opportunities and our awards are done in a very funky way in terms of how we present them and do them.
