Hi there. I wanted to give you a sneak peek on something I'm working on. I call it the Workshop Designer Masterclass. But before I get into the details, I wanna touch base on the why. Why am I talking about workshops? In my conversations and the work I'm doing with change and transformation leaders, practitioners, and consultants, One of the most underutilized tools that is available to us to create a lot of value and clarity in your programs and establish you as a leader to be able to also influence decisions are workshops. And I have been on both sides of workshops as somebody who has delivered workshops, but also on the receiving end of workshops. And fair to say that I have seen the good, the bad, the ugly, and also the amazing. And in this masterclass, I wanted to break down how to actually deliver an impactful and value-packed workshop that is going to get you the clarity, the influence, the elevation in your presence, but also a workshop that would feel good and productive to your stakeholders.
