Chapters
I've divided it into 3 parts where I'm going to be talking about the roadmap of where your workshop fits within your overall program or portfolio. What type of workshop, and decide together what type of workshop it is, because not all workshops are the same and they will require different levels of content, depth, and strategies. What shifts do you want to make to create a successful and a great workshop? How do you bring in the value? We'll talk about the 3 C's. Inside of that masterclass how to clarify an outcome, uh, and not a boil-the-ocean outcome, an outcome that would work for this specific workshop and avoid the common mistakes that I have seen happen, um, when delivering or facilitating a workshop. We're going to talk about some of the strategies like adapting, building on top of, and bridging into the future. Also, we're going to be talking about some principles, skills and tools and techniques. I will go in a little bit deeper to give you a sneak peek on some of the tools that I will be talking about inside of the workshop Designer Masterclass.
